“Arrived early in the day, very quick and efficient. Liked the Santa hats of the staff. Easy, hassle free way to get a tree at a busy time of year. Great! Would definitely use again!”

“The tree was much bigger than the 5ft one i ordered, i think it was more like 6.5ft but in general, great service, lovley tree, good condition, good shape! I will be ordering again next year.”

“The service was good if a little pricey - the tree (6ft for £45) is a little sparse for the price, it isn't particularly well filled out, the top 1.5ft of the tree is really sparse with only a couple of tiny branches - the base branches of the tree are a little lop sided also.”

“The size and shape of the tree is good, but the pruning/clipping to make the tree of more volume are very obvious and quite disturbing. Our tress from previous years were much better. Not sure whether to use your services again next year. The scent of the three is lovely.”

“Dravko let you down this year Pines and Needles. Missing delivery slot and not advising, trying to deliver at 7.30pm to a 9-5 business, and neglecting to reschedule redelivery delayed our order by 3 days. \n\nSecond delivery was fine, Sonny and his assistant were friendly and helpful.\n\nThanks”

“Unfortunately this is my first and my last time I use this company! First of all the delivery was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, but it arrived just before 5pm, so very late!!! Not only that, but the trees (As I ordered 2) were extremely bad quality with a lot of dried branches or some missing on one side. And just to make the matters worse, both trees were supposed to be 7ft tall, however one of them was under 6ft. I am very unhappy with the service and will not use Pines and Needles ever again. I am sorry, but I will also tell all my colleagues about my bad experience!”

“Your delivery window is too wide. Please consider a two hour window. The tree is somewhat underwhelming being too thin on the top.”
