“Tree is lovely. Delivery was fine too. After a hiccup last year I am very happy again. However, I think it will probably be the last time I use you just because if the expense. It's a luxury having it delivered!”

“A little disappointed. although the tree is a nice shape it have a large patch of dried/dead pine sthat are brown. Also the tree smells as if its been in a musty dusty warehouse for a while.”

“Efficient service and a lovely tree. OK service from the delivery drivers although when I asked them to move it away from the wall after they put it up (it was squashed against the wall), they gave me a bit of a funny look and seemed a bit irritated to have to do it. It's also pretty wonky, it would be helpful if they checked that before they left.”

“The Trees are beautiful, however the it took the delivery drivers about 45minutes to find us. They phoned but did not speak very good English to be able to communicate our location to them. They were very good at putting the tree up and positioning it for us.\n”

“This was my third year using Pines and Needles so i had a god impression of the company. Unfortunately this year my order was lost and idid not recieve it until 5 days later than scheduled. Although the person is poke to was very supportive i would have expected some recompense for the delay.”
