when i reeived the tree it couldnt stand up without leaning on a wall- i found out that the pot was badly broken, seem too small for the roots inside, broke free and thats why the tree couldnt stand up! luckily i found a bigger pot in my garden and re potted the 5 foot tree by myself which is a megajob for a women!! not very impressive! the driver was helpful and friendly. the tree was as well quite distressed by my efforts, hope it doesnot die due to bad treatment but it looks lovely now! i suggest maybe putting trees in bigger pots and put protective bubble wrap around the put to protect from rough handling!
