“Hi\nreally disappointed with our tree this year, it had been pre trimmed, the bottom of the tree had its width taken off and is smaller than the width in the middle, and the top is very sparse of branches, with big gaps.\n\nRegards\n\nPaul”

“Hey!\n\nThank you for asking. Drivers were 2,5 hours late, which can be understood and excused. But, I believe, you will bring the quality of your service to the highest standards if you adjust two small but important things: drivers should have a cloth in a car, which they can use to wrap a tree on a way from car up to a place where a tree will be putted up (it will be ridiculous to ask the drivers to vacuum a staircase and flat); the drivers should bring shoe covers (I don't think that any of your client would like to ask the drivers to take shoes off). It will cost you nothing but will make the client happier, even if the drivers will be late.\n\nBest regards,\n\nRoman”

“Ive ordered my tree from you guys for years without any problems. This year's delivery was awful. I had someone wait at my house all day yesterday but the tree never arrived at all.\nI phoned and complained and was told it would be there before 9am today. It arrived at 9.20. i was late for work so this hasnt been the best experience in all honesty.\n\nLisa Smith\nIG6 1PF\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n”

“Last year all went smoothly\nThis year, ghastly I was misquoted on delivery / split delivery\nLack of customer service with the exception of Charlotte McCarthy who is an asset to your company\nNo response from your company to an email (sent to Josh)\nOn second delivery the personnel were quite upfront in telling me that the office was lying to everyone about deliveries this year and were useless! All of this has been fed back to Charlotte.\nIncidents of poor performance too long to list Charlotte fully cognicent of my disappointment”

“Delivery was good - very punctual.\n\nThe tree is a big disappointment. It seems every other year we get a dud tree. This one has half the branches on one side missing (an extended bald patch) - it looks ridiculous. Only the fact that kids were present meant we didn't return it!\n\nWill probably not use P&N again as feel advantage in having sight of tree before purchase. Its a shame because last year's tree was lovely - the one the year before very ugly.”

“Delightful guys delivered the tree and struggled to put it up for us for a long time, unfortunately it fell down shortly after they left. It's a beautiful tree but considerably fuller on one side than the other so it wouldn't stand. I had to chop a lot of branches to even out the weight (and ended up in casualty when I cut my hand in the process) so not too happy this year :-(”

“Hi, very happy with delivery, tree, garlands and wreath - all very good quality. \nThe one dispointment, especially given our order size of £150, is that we had ordered some free mistletoe, which did not arrive.\nWould it be possible to deliver the free mistletoe to us please? “The delivery was very late and I had to contact the driver to ask about the time. The tree was OK-ish, but had a few broken branches and bare at the top. It would not be the tree I picked at a traditional market. The tree was left unopened, and was not in the net as last year.”
