“Hi, my whole experience with Pines and Needles has been a very good one from the ordering process to the delivery. The two men that dropped our tree off were not only charming but very helpful too. Our system did not indicate there had been a problem with your delivery. We take every single problem very seriously and pro-actively ask for feedback and attempt to address any issues with our delivery as soon as possible, almost always on the same day. One of my colleagues will be in touch shortly and we will do anything it takes to put this right.

“It was so easy to order and receive our Christmas Tree and stand (& mistletoe!) from Pines and Needles! As it was our first tree, we were pretty clueless on how to assemble but the people answering the phone number provided were so helpful and extremely friendly giving us lots of useful advice on how to look after our tree. Would definitely do this again next year!”

“Oustanding service and good communication. The tree was of excellent quality and looks amazing. Delivery was on time and the driver called us prior to attending. Overall, very good service and would no hesitate to recommend”

“I ordered a 10' Christmas Tree, the same as last year. Delivery and everything else was fine, the only problem was that the tree seemed much smaller than last year, it is 10' tall, but at least a foot narrower, which makes it seem considerably smaller. It was disappointing.”

“There is something magical about having a tree delivered to your door by two beaming fellas wearing father christmas hats and kilts. This is the 2nd year we have had a tree from Pines and Needles and will be back year after year. I haven't seen more handsome trees anywhere.”
