“We ordered a 4 foot tree for delivery and the top foot has no needles or branches. I was incredibly disappointed by the fact that this was considered acceptable and frankly a bit deceptive given anyone who would be purchasing this in person would never select this tree.”

“Excellent service! Customer service very friendly and helpful - nothing is a problem...... beautiful tree delivered by super nice Paul & Mikki who called prior to the delivery to inform us when they would arrive. Loved the Xmas outfit of the delivery guys. Puts a smile on your face! Thank you”

“The website is misleading. When you enter your post code and transition from the product selection to the billing page, if you live outside London (even within M25) you are automatically precluded from the set-up/take-down services: it states "drop-off only". This is easily missed. Our review would have been: Very Poor, because we would not have purchased the "drop-off" content, only. In this instance, however, the company management offered to provide the set-up free of charge which turned out great…hence the "recovery" to 3 stars!”

“The delivery was seamless, the driver helpful and friendly (esp given it was 8am on Sunday) and the tree is so beautiful and perfect it looks almost fake as the shape is so perfect! Highly recommend!”

“Excellent Service, lovely trees. I requested narrower trees due to space issues and that was exactly what I got. I was also very impressed with the communication prior to delivery and the children thought that the delivery guys dressed in santa hats and kilts was fantastic. will definitely use this service again next year, thank you very much.”

“Ordering system very slick. Good quality trees and delivery was spot on time. Only niggle, they forgot to deliver my freebees but not the end of the world, I think the young lady said she would get them out to me asap.”

“the guys the delivered our tree where extremely helpful, really friendly and happy, it put the whole office in the xmas spirit. The tree was delivered within the time promised so all in all we were very happy with all aspects of shopping with you guys. Thank you”

“We usually go and choose our tree with pines and needles, but this year we ordered it online for delivery. They chose a beautiful tree, great shape, really good quality. Delivery was as planned, with a friendly lady dropping it off. They called before (as we asked)... So they did all they said they would and did it very well. Will come back next year!!”

“Not that impressed. Tree was soaking wet, the base had not been cut straight and so is wonky and that needed work. Not exactly what I was expecting from this level of service.”
