“the tree was completely infested with spiders which hatched all over the living room. not festive. when i emailed to complain i got no response whatsoever. i was also supposed to get a tenner back because (before the spiders hatched) I passed on the details of your company to a friend who bought his tree from you too. that ten quid never materialised. all in all I'm really fed up. terrible service. crap product. It's no way to run a business.”

“for the last few years the trees are getting worse and worse; last year my 7ft tree had a top spike of about 2 feet so in effect it was a 5ft tree. I complained and this year I got a free 7ft tree; it was indeed 7ft but it was very skinny with very sparse and spindly branches. Not very happy l and will have to think twice abut ordering a tree from you again - after about 6 years of loyalty, I'm not happy with the service provided. Sorry :(ch”

“I was slightly worried before receiving the tree as last year the tree seemed shorter than usual and I wondered if your standard was slipping a bit. But to my relief and my son's great delight this year's tree was magnificent!\nWe were very happy.”

“Instruction to leave at doorstep not received by local courier, hence tree delayed by 24 hours, then delivered on the day of the gales. Once tree was unwrapped the following day top of tree was broken off, and tree was starved of water, so started dropping needles all too soon.”

“This was our first Christmas in London and with that, our first tree delivery. This tree was beautiful! Tall, full, lush and smelled wonderful! Several friends and family from out of the country and locally commented on just how gorgeous the tree was, will definitely buy through Pines and Needles again next year!”

“i am seriously shocked by the level of service which was provided for the amount of 30 pounds.the tree was taken away but that was it! there was no cleaning up of the mess at all! our hallway the elevator, entrance hall and even the street are covered in tree branches and needles and your service men are nowhere seen. they left and neglected the complete chaos they created. i took pictures of the state our house was in after your visit and i will send them on to you. i am requesting a full refund of the amount charged as you havenot provided the service i paid for.”

“The arrival and erection of the tree was done quickly and efficiently. The removal of the tree was expertly done and I was most impressed that the guys cleaned up all the pines before they left. Thank you very much.”

“The tree died within a week of being delivered, and when we asked for the tree to be changed or for an earlier collection of it we were told we would have to pay extra for these services. Everyone was very disappointed with the quality of the tree.”

“for several years we have bought our tree from Roehampton Gate in Richmond Park, and I must say every year the tree has been amazing, this year we ordered from the website and it went wrong from the start. After selecting the premium service I was not aloud to pick day or time and when we did receive the tree we was out and it was just left lying in the drive, I must point out though I did speak to someone who arranged refund of this service. What I would like to know is are the trees you supply for home delv and Richmond park from the same supplier? this is as always we had a six foot tree and it was very sparse from 4ft which is where the branches stopped, and needles fell more this year which I must say has never happened before.I wanted to inform of this year as this is totally opposite to what we have had in previous years. We will still be buying our tree from you, but do you recommend buying from the Park\n\n”
