Delivery was superb and very kindly rearranged when we had to be in Scotland for my mother-in-law's funeral. Sadly, the tree itself was awful this year - it looked beautiful when it arrived but by 5th Jan it had lost most of it's needles and on getting it out of the house it lost the rest - we are still finding needles in places you wouldn't expect!! It was in a watering holder, and I watered it religiously, BUT it didn't seem to drink and just became crispy very quickly. Compare with last year when we had the tree much longer and not a needle fell. Great shame and sorry to give such negative feedback after such fantastic service. Helen Simpson

If you're in two minds whether to order a tree unseen, don't hesitate! I promise I have no association with P&N apart from having received 4 perfect trees and excellent service. Jennie

One of the tress top was cut off and replaced with the different top attached using the metal rope.

We always use you as in the past your trees have been wonder and the service is great. We are a busy business centre so when asked we have always recommended you. Unfortunately this year the tree died within 3 days of having it. \nI did call you and you offered to replace it. I chose not to as by then we would not have had the time to redecorate it. I would hope to use your service again next year but I may be hesitant because of the tree quality. Please check all your trees. \nI hope we were the only ones however and that you continue to strive as a company. \n\nYours sincerely \nScarlett

Tree delivered at 10pm on designated day.Once again an excellent tree, much admired by all who saw it -admittedly the decorations helped!Will definitely buy from you again this Christmas.

My Christmas tree was collected today, a service which cost me £29.95.\n\nI was very disappointed with the service overall - firstly the driver was over an hour late and made no effort to contact and notify me. I understand that traffic conditions in central London can be unpredictable, but I would have expected to have received an update from the driver.\n\nMoreover once he arrived to remove the tree, he left a messy trail of dropped pine needles through my entire flat, the elevator, and other communal areas - a mess which I was left to clear myself. The collection service which I had paid for stipulated that this would be done by the driver; however he had no cleaning equipment of any sort with him (no broom, no dustpan or brush, no vacuum) and I was not in the position to be able to provide him with any either as I had not expected this to be the case. I have images of the mess which I would like to forward to your team, to emphasise my disappointment with the expensive service which I had paid for; I would appreciate if you could please provide me with an email address to which I can send these images to.\n\nIf you are to send drivers out to collect Christmas trees with no cleaning equipment whatsoever, as a customer I would have preferred to have been notified beforehand to be able to provide such equipment to enable them to do their jobs. The collection fee is a steep one, and as such I'm sure you understand that I expect a level of service on par with the price. I was genuinely impressed for the second year running. We ended up with a magnificent tree that lasted tremendously well. \n\nWe named the tree 'Perfecto' as it was so good. \n\nAbdullah acknowledged the problem without any fuss on the first tree. The lady who I then spoke to on the phone was responsive and understanding. Mike then bought us Perfecto.\n\nThank you, Pines and Needles. It is a big ground floor bay window the tree has to fill and you provided us with a great tree and great service this year.

I last ordered a tree from you 8 years ago. The lovely potted tree lasted EIGHT Christmases. If it hadn't dried out while we were on holiday this year it may well have lasted a ninth. Will definitely be be ordering my replacement tree this year from you.

I ordered my tree yesterday as I wanted the option of a decoration service. \n\nI live in St Albans and there is a pines & needles \nlocal store who deliver trees for £15:00.\n\nI live just out side the M25 not far from Watford which is within the M25.\n\nI am really disappointed that I have to pay such a high premium as the delivery and decoration Service come to £160:00. \n\nI rang yesterday and spoke to Bunty who is a great sales person & he did explain why.\n\nFrom a customer service point your spot on however I am not happy that I had to pay so much as being just out of the M25. \n\nGoing forwards for this reason I will have to buy the tree locally & do my own decorations.\n\nBest regards \n\nKelly

The delivery itself was great. \n\nHowever, I must say that I am overall disappointed with the quality of the tree I received. It was already quite dry when delivered, and not very fragrant at all. It barely made it until Christmas! The only reason i did not ask for a replacememnt was because we had already put all of the ornaments on.

the tree was completely infested with spiders which hatched all over the living room. not festive. when i emailed to complain i got no response whatsoever. i was also supposed to get a tenner back because (before the spiders hatched) I passed on the details of your company to a friend who bought his tree from you too. that ten quid never materialised. all in all I'm really fed up. terrible service. crap product. It's no way to run a business.

for the last few years the trees are getting worse and worse; last year my 7ft tree had a top spike of about 2 feet so in effect it was a 5ft tree. I complained and this year I got a free 7ft tree; it was indeed 7ft but it was very skinny with very sparse and spindly branches. Not very happy l and will have to think twice abut ordering a tree from you again - after about 6 years of loyalty, I'm not happy with the service provided. Sorry :(ch

I was slightly worried before receiving the tree as last year the tree seemed shorter than usual and I wondered if your standard was slipping a bit. But to my relief and my son's great delight this year's tree was magnificent!\nWe were very happy.

Instruction to leave at doorstep not received by local courier, hence tree delayed by 24 hours, then delivered on the day of the gales. Once tree was unwrapped the following day top of tree was broken off, and tree was starved of water, so started dropping needles all too soon.

This was our first Christmas in London and with that, our first tree delivery. This tree was beautiful! Tall, full, lush and smelled wonderful! Several friends and family from out of the country and locally commented on just how gorgeous the tree was, will definitely buy through Pines and Needles again next year!

i am seriously shocked by the level of service which was provided for the amount of 30 pounds.the tree was taken away but that was it! there was no cleaning up of the mess at all! our hallway the elevator, entrance hall and even the street are covered in tree branches and needles and your service men are nowhere seen. they left and neglected the complete chaos they created. i took pictures of the state our house was in after your visit and i will send them on to you. i am requesting a full refund of the amount charged as you havenot provided the service i paid for.
