“Our first time trying you. Tree was "ok" a bit dry. Delivery was "ok" - bit rushed, quite messy but "ok" may try again, may not. We'll see.”

“Hi there,\nOur tree this year seemed much smaller, and less bushy than previous years so was a little disappointed - especially our 5 year old daughter who remembers the beautiful lush tree you supplied last year (exactly same tree ordered).\nDelivery was great, as it turned up nice and early, before our daughter went to bed, so it was lovely she could get excited, and your driver was very nice too.\nOur biggest problem with the tree, and the main reason I'm supplying feedback, is that two weeks into it being here, it started to dry out and worse than that, the smell of it can only be described as very unpleasant. It smells like something is rotting!! We have never had this problem with trees before, and have had natural trees for the past 15 years, so are very adept at looking after them. \nWe are actually counting down the days till we can take it down now - something we never do - just because the smell is getting pretty unbearable.\nSo there's my feedback - I'd like to know what your response is.\nThanks,\nMichelle Worley”

“i think you should send out a quick guide on how to maintain the Christmas tree. Our tree started to die before Christmas. we watered it regularly, so i'm not sure what else we could have to done preserve it longer.”

“Feedback on delivery: Based upon a really good experience last year, was hoping for a repeat but was disappointed. The tree that turned up was good but there was a large and thick branch shooting out from the stem of the tree which meant that it didn't fit in our (circular) tree stand and cutting it off would have taken off a large part of the lower section of the tree. I also didn't want to buy another tree stand for £20. I asked if there were any other 7ft trees and was told there was one, which was brought from the lorry and held up. I questioned whether it was a 7 ft tree and was told it was but as it clearly didn't look like, we held the trees up to check size. The one that they had brought from the lorry may have been a 7ft tree at one time but about a foot had been chopped off the top and so there was this one lonely thin top with no branches. I wasn't impressed that this was being palmed off on me. I said I would call the office to get a replacement. The guy delivering then asked if he could leave the tree with me because his van was full, which I refused unless he wanted to leave it outside at his own risk. They then produced another tree from the lorry with a base that fitted by holder. I'm pleased with the tree but disappointed by the delivery experience. Not sure I want to go through this next year.
