“Mostly good. Booking procedure was good and the call received from customer service advisor was fine. However a bit disappointed with the hotel that was recommended as they made no arrangements for us having a dog with us.”

“I love this site they sought dog friendly hotels and find great deals for a few nights. This is my second booking through PetsPyjamas and definitely won’t be my last. I’ve been so disappointed with other hotel booking companies that give you a list of so called Pet Friendly hotels to find the ones you try to book don’t accept pets. So thank you PetsPyjamas for you efficient service.”
