Booked a cottage in North Wales, really easy to book, the place looks great, great location too, we're really looking forward to our trip, will definitely recommend this site to our friends & family.

I booked a stay at the dog-friendly Colwall Park through PetsPyjamas. The petspyjamas concierge team helped me with my booking as I could not book the stay on the hotel's page. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really sweet and she told me all about the hotel. The hotel didn't disappoint, when we got there everyone was so lovely and the building was beautiful. The reception staff treated Luigi (my dog) like a king. The price was very reasonable considering I was bringing a dog and the room was lovely, with treats, a bed and bowl for Luigi. Our dinner was delicious and the hotel is perfectly located for walks through the Malvern Hills. They also gave Luigi lots of treats and a sausage for breakfast! I'll be using PetsPyjamas for my next staycations & hopefully I'll get a chance to go back to Colwall Park

Unfortunately after having several lovely experiences with Pets Pyjamas hotels , it is time to say goodbye. The last hotel was a dump and we booked out after one night. However , despite numerous phone calls, emails and even a letter sent to the head office, I have been ignored. I don't mind if the money refund is not forthcoming but I take exception at not being responded to. I will deal with hotels directly myself in future and not waste my time trying to get a response about a complaint.

Found real lack of communication. I contacted 4time trying to move dates. It’s a great idea just failed to deliver on any service

The hotel was expensive but we were encourage by petspyjamas who sent us a new deal so we went with it. Horrible experience! the room we were given was tiny, no view from the small window, just a roof to look at, overbearingly hot room no way to reduce the heat. Everything stunk of smoke from the open fires. Food was terrible. But also not much room for the dog outside. PetsPyjamas over priced the stay, which was already not worth the money. Very upset and angry. We ended up leaving a day early because it was not restful at all. Such a waste of money! 2nd time I’ve used the service but I can no longer recommend you.

The quote came quickly but on finding somewhere cheaper although it was says they will price match they wouldn’t honour it . Which was disappointing

Sorry but usually my experience with PP is excellent. But after I booked this holiday I discovered my husband has commitments for that week. So I could not find a way on your website to make changes so I immediately called Claire, my contact, had to leave a message and your service center and so far no one has treated this sufficiently for me as meanwhile the other date I submitted may have been taken. Not happy and patiently waiting as I have paid in advance and fully!
