“I have just booked for a Christmas break. Kerry the agent could not have been more helpful, I called to enquire about vacancies late in the afternoon, and received cost details and confirmation on availability the very same evening. We have used pets pyjamas many times before and received the same friendly, quick and efficient service as usual. More than happy to recommend.”

“Website good - but when I came to use the £25 off for my first booking - disappointed to learn it was only valid if £250 was spent - no mention on this on the email offering it”

“Mostly good. Booking procedure was good and the call received from customer service advisor was fine. However a bit disappointed with the hotel that was recommended as they made no arrangements for us having a dog with us.”
