“This is the first time we have dealt with Pet's Pyjamas and they were brilliant. Really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They explained everything and completed the booking for me. We will definitely go with Pet's Pyjamas again.”

“Booking with petpyjama was fine hotel was not as expected at all. Hotel did not have anything plan for my dog. Upgraded room given was for special need People. Breakfast was downstairs but not for people with dogs, so we ended up in a dark room and we had to get breakfast on a tray ourself. Not enough parking spaces at the hotel, so you pay extra street parking. Waiting staff to be trained to focus on customers,not their phone...”

However, we’re disappointed to learn about the issues you encountered at the hotel itself, particularly around their dog-friendly arrangements, breakfast set-up and parking. These are all aspects managed directly by the hotel, and your comments will be shared with them so they can review their processes and training. Regarding the room allocation, upgraded rooms are offered subject to availability and suitability on arrival, and it’s regrettable that this did not feel appropriate or comfortable for you. We also understand how frustrating it can be to feel restricted at breakfast, especially when travelling with your dog. “We booked a short break in London with our Golden Retriever, we received a very reasonable quote from Lynda and I then rang up to book it. Lynda was so cheerful and helpful full on the phone and everything went smoothly. We are looking forward to our break away and a big ‘Thank You’ to Lynda for all her help.”
