“Alison was superb and did a first class job of finding us a 4 night break over the New Year period. She was patient and thorough in her approach to our requirements . “It screened out hotels that didn't take dogs and the deal quoted was better than I could get from the hotel's own website. So the service is pretty good. They were persistent in that they called me to follow up on the quote.”

“Tried to book on Thursday 26/10/23 and the payment left my bank but did not clear at Petpyjamas, chased it Friday and Monday myself. No one was actively helping with this, just kept passing it to the next advisor. I altered the booking as my circumstances changed, but with calls going back a forth, due to not being able to speak to the same person, finally got it sorted on 31/10/23. Felt too long to make a simple hotel booking. All advisors were polite and professional, so I hope this is a one-off, so will try again, but will also bear this experience in mind.”

“Great, Ashley was really helpful, I made a mistake with the discount code, she contacted the team and they added it to my booking manually. Now hope the hotel is great too, as taking my daughter, boyfriend and dog as a Xmas treat..”

“Pets Pyjamas has a wonderful selection of dog friendly accommodation last that all look like lovely stays. Alison, our concierge, worked with our preferred hotel to find the best room at unbeatable rates (I checked myself and could not find the same rate)and ensured our doggies would be welcome. She was super nice and made sure everything was sorted out for us. I will be reaching out to pets pyjamas for our next travel to find wonderful places that will make our doggies welcome.”

“I have just booked for a Christmas break. Kerry the agent could not have been more helpful, I called to enquire about vacancies late in the afternoon, and received cost details and confirmation on availability the very same evening. We have used pets pyjamas many times before and received the same friendly, quick and efficient service as usual. More than happy to recommend.”
