“Very good and straightforward. It was easy to use the filters which stayed in place throughout the searching process whereas on other sites it frequently drops off and they need to be re entered. Good detailed descriptions of the properties and plenty of photographs. Certainly 5 stars.”

“I dealt with your ALISON REYNOLDS who can I say was first class in all aspects of my booking at The Old Swan Hotel in Harrogate. I had to liaise several times and it was never any problem for her.”

“Very easy site to use, I am amazed at the number of properties that petspyjamas have on their site, something to suit everyone. The pet Concierge Joanne Westcar was excellent and made sure we were happy with our location and booking. This is the second time I have used PetsPyjamas and will certainly be using them again.”

“Make sure you scrutinse the cancellation policy. Whatever the PetsPyjamas policy is can be overruled by the accommodation's own cancellation policy. They can take all of your payment (which they did). The accommodation providers cancellation policy isn't stated anywhere in the booking confirmation. This 'take your full fee' is alluded to on the PetsPyjamas site but you won't know until you have to cancel. I would check with the accomodation provider or PetsPyjamas what exactly the providers own cancellation policy is before making any booking.”

“PetsPyjamas were extremely helpful when I was struggling to book a dog friendly hotel for my family and two dogs for a special family occasion. I would highly recommend asking them for help when booking with any pets because many hotels have really rough accommodation whenever a dog is involved, even though they assure you that you'll be in the best accommodation, you really are not!”
