“Mostly good. Booking procedure was good and the call received from customer service advisor was fine. However a bit disappointed with the hotel that was recommended as they made no arrangements for us having a dog with us.”

“I love this site they sought dog friendly hotels and find great deals for a few nights. This is my second booking through PetsPyjamas and definitely won’t be my last. I’ve been so disappointed with other hotel booking companies that give you a list of so called Pet Friendly hotels to find the ones you try to book don’t accept pets. So thank you PetsPyjamas for you efficient service.”

“Made a 3 night booking on PP with help from Alison and then tried to extend it to 4 nights. Sadly someone else gazumped us and confirmed their booking just seconds before we did. So we lost the 3 day one. Alison made several attempts at other hotels in the area but was unable to secure a booking that met all our requirements. She was terrific in trying to assist us. We will definitely be back to this PP site in the future. Thanks loads Alison you were a star.”

“I have dealt with Pets Pyjamas on several occasions now. I booked a week-long break away earlier in the year, and more recently a city weekend break. Every time, I have had nothing short of 5-star service from Lynda and the team. The response to my enquiries, the friendly approach to their communication; I have always felt that I have a friend at the other end of the line, who knows exactly what I'm after and will do their very best to get it for me. The main selling point for me was the obvious 'pet friendly' hotels, which Pets Pyjamas pride themselves on sourcing for their clients. I was initially a little worried that having a dog would impact on our ability to just head off on a break whenever we fancied, but having Pets Pyjamas on hand to help, makes travelling with our four-legged family member just as easy as booking with children. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough! Every pet owner should have them in their contacts; in fact, I did spread the word at my last hotel to those who were so disappointed they hadn't taken their dog along with them as they didn't know it was an option!”

“Having just returned from a great holiday in the Lake District booked through Pets Pyjamas, we made a call to get help with a booking for our next holiday. Natalie was very helpful, making suggestions and phoning a number of hotels to see if they could meet our particular requirements (we have a very stressy pooch). We have booked via Pets Pyjamas many times and would definitely do so again.”
