“Trying to book a cottage taking 3 dogs was frustrating as despite setting up 2 adults and 3 dogs many of the selection did not allow 3 dogs”

“I booked the self catering cottage direct with owners as found it far easier than the online booking. This is an amazing cottage fully equipped and lovely location. What I would advise is considering the size of the fence may not be suitable height for ALL dogs. There is a small metal fence which we had to block with patio chair, there is also a very low picket fence easily accessible onto the garage roof and also part of the wall sloped down giving a lower height. We had 2 x active Alsatian’s who easily mounted the wall and ran in path of oncoming traffic and had to be rescued . Chris ( owner) was proactive in putting 2 fence pencils against the wall preventing further escapes but they still managed to jump on the roof. Please take into consideration size and agility of your dogs .”

“We haven't been on our holiday yet but we found the booking experience to be incredibly easy. Also, I asked a question about the fence height and Paul came back very quickly with an answer, having spoken directly with the owner. Very reassuring! We also like the extra benefits you get with booking through PetsPyjamas including a donation to an animal charity.”

“I was very confused on the payment side of things, I booked the cottage and on the Total to Be Paid webpage, there was one price, but when I went onto the payment page it was a different price (an increase of £60). I phoned and your staff were helpful, but I still do not understand how this discrepancy can be allowed.”

“Very straightforward. I did have a quick check of the hotel site and they charge a lot of dogs so quite a lot cheaper on here. The last time I booked through this site there was a welcome pack.”

“Answered the phone very quickly and dealt with my booking very efficiently Have always found our holiday breaks really good. It's lovely to be able to take our dog with us without all the hassle of finding out if the accommodation welcomes dogs.Pets Pyjamas makes booking simple.”

“The website is great. Very clear. Booking at our chosen location was easy. However, the confirmation email came from the hotel itself and didn't mention PetsPyjamas. This was a bit confusing. I did get an email from PetsPyjamas a bit later, and everything is clear now. Thank you.”

“After I received my email quotation from Donna my Pet Concierge I had a few questions which I sent by email. Donna called me in response to my email rather than reply by email which was great as sometimes it’s easier to discuss things rather than pinging emails back and forth. When she called first I was busy and she was more than happy to call back which she did at the agreed time. She answered all my questions and confirmed things I wanted to know. She was friendly and efficient nothing was too much for her even my daft questions. This is the second time I have booked through pets pyjamas and again very happy with the service I have received. Many thanks Donna you made the booking experience easy.”

“Clean quiet two bedroom cottage that is a great base to explore Cornwall. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the garden area but I could imagine sitting there after a day out. Welcome pack of flowers and cream tea was appreciated. There was also extra towels and blankets for the dogs as well as doggie treats.”
