I really struggled to understand the listing for the White Hart in lewes. It seemed to be omre expensive for "B&B with tummy rubs" thant the "gourmet getaway". Whilst i was trying to understnd it - my wife and I were looking on different devices at the same time - the prices were changing before our eyes.

The B&B with Tummy Rubs rate is linked to the hotel’s best available rate, which is dynamic and can change in real time depending on demand and availability. That’s why you may have seen prices moving while viewing on different devices. The Gourmet Getaway, on the other hand, is an exclusive package we’ve negotiated directly with the hotel. It includes added value extras, such as dinner and an arrival drink, so although it may sometimes appear similar or even lower in price, it’s actually a fixed package rather than a fluctuating room rate. The website is great and the Hotels look fab. Slightly anxious that I have not as yet received a confirmation email - Not sure how long this should take but it has been quite a few days so perhaps advise the client once the payment has been taken that this may take a while.

Seemed to be a very straightforward process. My only slight concern was after receiving the quote from you, it wasn't clear whether the room was actually reserved for me and if so, how long I had before it could be sold to someone else.

I find the site annoying as I have to keep putting in my dates. Also I would like to be able to look at the prices without sending a request to PP. I like the fact that you don't need to worry about booking a dog friendly room as done automatically with PP & you also know that all the accommodation is pet friendly. I requested the wrong dates and this was rectified quickly once I realised and contacted PP.

I think the concept is great and not paying for dogs a bonus.Wish there was a query service available and that not evert query was seen as a booking. Felt bad as I was exploring dates before a firm booking could be made

I had difficulty actually getting from choosing a room to the payment page. Went through the procedure three times before I managed it. Everything else was excellent

Unfortunately when I was trying to book my stay the dats I was trying for kept changing so much so I nearly didn't book a stay with you

Some very nice hotels etc on your list, though in England only (?) and most seem to be in the South. But excellent prices (seems to be cheaper than booking direct with the hotel), with friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't book directly online as I should have been able to, not sure whether this was a problem with the web site or my browser, but sorted eventually when I phoned. Also slightly confused by many different phone numbers shown on your web site and on emails, at least one of which is no longer in service (I'm sure I commented on this last time). Overall though, good service and we'll use you again.

Really helpful team, relatively quick to respond. Wanted to change dates, so needed to wait a day or two to hear back from the hotel. Would have loved automatic booking instead, but wasn't an issue. I could have got it cheaper on another website, but decided to go with petspyjamas due to the support and additional benefits of dog stays included, vet support if required etc. Would make this more prominent for other people as a reason why to go with you instead of another.

Contacting your admin staff and booking through them was very pleasurably. Not the easiest of websites to book on a lot of uncertainty on some of the dates available
