“Absolute rubbish, arrived at the hotel only to be informed that they had not received payment from Petspyamas so had to pay in full again. I have since tried to contact them both by email and phone without any success. Have now put things in hands of Paypal which I used to make payment.”

“Whenever we have booked with pets pyjamas we have never been disappointed only pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the hotels are. More important to me when I had to change travel plans recently Kathryn and the rest of the team couldn’t have been more helpful to help rearrange things. Thank you.”

“Can't Really Fault the stay at Bagden Hall. Rooms are Clean and cozzy. The food is excellent, i can reccomend the Bagden Pie (filled to the brim with steak) and the Seabase lovely crispy skin and cooked to perfection. Menu if fine and enough options along with Lunch times Staff where all very Friendly and loved Dogs. Grounds well Kept, & if you don't walk far enough for an afternoon stroll. Many thanks Bagden”

“A wonderful service - asked a question with regard to making a booking and within 5 minutes got a call back to provide me with several options with regard to the hotel I was interested. We discussed the different options and once I confirmed, the booking was made there and then. Staff very friendly and helpful.”
