“A wonderful service - asked a question with regard to making a booking and within 5 minutes got a call back to provide me with several options with regard to the hotel I was interested. We discussed the different options and once I confirmed, the booking was made there and then. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“Great site, love the concept and happy to support a pet friendly business. The quote came back quite a bit higher than advertised, but we were offered a discount code which re-aligned, so were happy to book through PP. Thank you!”

“Couldn’t use a voucher on the website . Couldn’t use a voucher plus 10% discount Waited 4 days for confirmation… got it after chasing. Don’t pay £50 for dog but have to pay £60 cleaning Have written this 3 times as they don’t seem to want me to submit it”

Hello Kim, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that you were disappointed with some aspects of your booking, however, we would like to clarify a few of the points raised. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotional discount codes, as stated in our terms and conditions. We appreciate this may have been disappointing, but this is a condition of the voucher and promotional offers. In relation to the confirmation, you were advised at the time of booking that the property owner was away on holiday and that confirmation could therefore take a few days. We’re sorry you felt you had to chase this, but the delay was due to awaiting confirmation from the property. The cleaning fee was also clearly included on the quotation provided at the time of booking. This is a standard charge applied to all guests at the property and is not specific to your booking. We’re sorry that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, but we hope this helps clarify the points raised. Kind regards PetsPyjamas

“Never had an issue with the hotels recommend by pp before.The Egypt Mill was not as other pp hotels, we called in advance to ask if we could take 2 dogs and that was ok. The room was superb but only one dog bed and nothing else for the dogs. Not even bowls in the room, no welcome pack , no treats , poo bags , nothing. Dog bowls where stacked outside unclean ,near a keg used to decant water for the accompanying bowls, needless to say it was empty.Service issues for breakfast, staff a little uninterested and one was a little petulant .won’t be going back.”
