Although confirmed with suppliers the mirror fitted but was wrong one had to cut wires for heated mirror as wrong connection

The companies that say they have the part in stock, should then not need to request a photo of the part requested. When I did get the window switch and replaced it, it didn't work. I do however have to give them the benefit of doubt knowing it is a used item and that it probably couldn't be checked prior to sending.

The supplier forgot to send out the part, I arrange to collect myself, then I received a telephone call to say it had been damaged but my driver was already on route. However I was refunded the delivery costs and received a further discount because of the damaged, however it meant the car was not back on the road until the new year when it should have been before Christmas.

Had 2 suppliers fail to deliver and had to refund me ... latest supplier for a part has sent the wrong part just before Xmas so I could not get my car fixed for the Xmas period so I've had to hire a car from the garage so I'm not without a car ... I contacted the supplier who saidcthey would ring me back , never heard from them . I have emailed them to ask for my money back or correct part to be sent and some payment towards car hire ... your suppliers really need to make sure that they send the correct parts

We order a door, was told in was in 'mint' condition, once it arrived (the packing was great) the door had a large crease on it and a couple of dents, which now means we have to respray I have emailed and they said they have pictures taken before package up, I also have pictures, but unfortunately this company wont show the original pictures?

Ordered part come with slightly broken edge due to lack of care while moving/carying/packing. I fixed it by using tape, but it should not be like that.

I ordered and paid for a radiator front grill for an Audi A3 2008. It had been described as sound but surface scratches. It arrived well packed and bubble wrapped with no marks on the exterior to indicate any collision or mis-handling. On unwrapping it had five of the grilles broken on the lower section which were not fresh damage. Very unhappy. It cost me £12.70 to return it and a promise of a refund of the purchase price in two days of receiving it back.

Bought 2 headlights of red 4x4 phil who phoned me sent me pictures,looked in perfect condition,when they arrived on one of the lights one of the bottom btackets was broken off and on of the top ones,emailed phil the pictures and phoned him said he was gonna phone me back and sort it,he never did!! so not very happy

I bought a front wing. I was informed that it was in 'very good condition' with only a couple of scratches on it. This didn't make any difference to (because it was being resprayed) However it arrived with 3 big dents in it, causing more work.....and money. I will NOT be using this company again.

I expected that because I had entered my reg no. and the correct vehicle was specified, that the parts offered would be for that vehicle! I made a choice, placed an order but the part delivered was wrong. I contacted the supplier who provided the address to return it too and would refund my payment, but have not thus far offered to refund postage, which means I will be £8 out of pocket. The company advised that the Parts Gateway system was still on trial and could not be relied upon to provide the correct parts. I am sure there are 2 sides to this story but it is clear that for whatever reason the Parts gateway cannot be trusted and any parts should be checked direct with the supplier before purchase.

Product arrived wrapped up DIRTY OILY BUBBLE WRAP WITH A CHIP ON THE LOWER PART OF CLASS .Had to clean fog light prior to fitting would of returned item but needed it for M O T

there seems to be no way of checking the offers that come back via parts gateway against the various suppliers web sites so you cant see exactly what the offer is for - this might not matter if the item is very specific but when you are purchasing something like break pads you need to know if they are coming with replacement bolts etc and this cant be done easily

parts gateway need to look at the suppliers they receive quotes from. The quote/price i paid through parts gateway was different to the invoice i received from the part supplier. A difference of £20 which they put down to a admin error and were very rude and completely reluctant to supply the part for the price on invoice. In other words they sent me an invoice for a sale if it was from there premises and not through parts gateway. It is obvious they are increasing there prices on parts gateway including postal costs. In future i will be contacting the supplier direct for there best price.

Delivery offered was free. Ordered part Sunday arrived Friday. Would have happily paid more for faster delivery.
