“Well i wanted a drivers seat belt for a Nissan quashki, I put in the VRN and searched for what I wanted. What came back was was supplied by R/S components so I made the purchase, with next day delivery. But what come was a full body harness for hanging at heights,e.g. Electrict Pylons Fortunately when I rang RS Componets they were very good, quickly arranged for an engineer to called me back. He agreed that what they sent was not what I wanted, they arranged collection This will be a good review if I get my money back PS. Got my seat belt after another search the following days”

“I needed a bit... they had the bit. It was exactly as described and arrived quickly and well packed. They couldn't double check that it would fit, but they did tell me that so I knew what I was expecting”

“Parts Gateway helped source the part easily, and general customer service via Prestige Allparts was swift and professional. The challenge arose in the delivery of the part where the original scheduled delivery time was not met and subsequently took another two days until the part was received. Not sure exactly why the issue arose. However, the delivery communications and service should be improved for seamless service.”
