“I successfully obtained the part I required on the second occasion. Despite providing the registration of my vehicle and the actual part number I initially received the wrong part. So I think there needs to be some review of the sourcing process to enable both customer and supplier to manage expectations from the outset. In my case I was pleased to receive a refund on the erroneous initial part and impressed with communication from the second supplier to ultimately get the part I needed but I think this could easily have been a different story”

“I found a supplier for the part I needed very quickly. I had a little difficulty in making payment because I did not want to use PayPal. the part did not arrive when expected and I discovered when phoning the supplier that it was not yet shipped. Once shipped it arrived very quickly and was well packed in perfect condition.”

“The fuel injector was supplied as described in used condition, and was installed and is operating well. i also asked for a retaining clip which appeared overpriced to me, and I asked via the contact number for a reduction. I received a reduction from £25 to £20. This is still overpriced, but I proceeded and paid via a secure site. The clip has not yet arrived, but I received a message that it had been posted.”

“Well i wanted a drivers seat belt for a Nissan quashki, I put in the VRN and searched for what I wanted. What came back was was supplied by R/S components so I made the purchase, with next day delivery. But what come was a full body harness for hanging at heights,e.g. Electrict Pylons Fortunately when I rang RS Componets they were very good, quickly arranged for an engineer to called me back. He agreed that what they sent was not what I wanted, they arranged collection This will be a good review if I get my money back PS. Got my seat belt after another search the following days”
