The supplier forgot to send out the part, I arrange to collect myself, then I received a telephone call to say it had been damaged but my driver was already on route.
However I was refunded the delivery costs and received a further discount because of the damaged, however it meant the car was not back on the road until the new year when it should have been before Christmas.
