Received item as promised, unfortunately I ordered regulator for Nissan Micra 3 door, but was sent 5 door type, this would not fit. Item has been returned pending refund.

Lamp unit had missing fixing bracket no response from supply to my complaint. Delivery and packing excellent so no complaints there. Managed to fit lamp as needed to be able to use car

The whole idea is great. I received a quote straight away however Slick Parts let me down. I paid for a next day delivery service - I should have received the part on Tuesday but it was only delivered on Thursday as they never sent it. When I rung to chase it they blamed courrier. I ended up not having my car fixed on time.

My catalytic converter was lost when It was supposed to be here in 2days but 2weeks later I lost £800 because I couldnt use my car for work as I'm a taxi driver I rely on the quick delivery of Bussiness there was a man from vauxhall parts uk Ltd who was really helpful would recommend them really helpful guys there over all I think the companies on parts gateway should reconsider using uk mail to deliver products to customers as it is 2nd time my parts have been lost or stolen while in there possession

We spoke to a gentlemen who told me the part was right for my car. We received the part went to fit it and it was completely the wrong part. How can you speak to a man and they tell you it’s the right part and it’s completely wrong! Disgusted with this and has now cost me over 100 pound to fix the problem

Very disappointed. I've used Partsgateway before and been very happy. This time I requested a part and got a lis of suppliers. I then ordered from one of them, and made the payment through PayPal. The next day I received an email telling me the payment had been returned as the part I ordered was found to be damaged. That fair enough, I would rather this happen than send a damaged part. I reordered with a different company and this time payment was returned with no explanation. I then phoned a 3rd company on the list and was told they would check the part and get back to me within the hour, I heard nothing. The 4th company supplied the part without any problems so I've given them a good review but unfortunately I can't give Partsgateway a good score this time.

The part sent out to me was not quite compatable with my car. The website was just awful to navigate, having to renter my details every other page I went on.

Part was seized I had to free it up use a bleed valve off my old one. And it took myhermes 4 days to arrive not just fords fault the delivery time part not checked I asked when I phoned won't use again

while the site declared the part offered would be compatible with our vehicle it transpired that it was not the right coordination of connect points for the lights. the order of the sequence of lights is opposite the other side of the car - luckily it passed the MOT still but it was not right!

When ordering a space saver wheel I was offered the tool kit to go with it for an extra £30 I accepted when the tool kit arrived only part of it was there I had to make the rest up from my own tool box

Not very impressed with my latest experience. I was misled by the delivery information from the part supplier and had to wait over a week when I was under the impression I had paid for next day delivery. Having received the part, it was the wrong one anyway. Not going to take it any further , may not use the site in future.

Completed a quote and purchased right away. For the next week, I had large numbers of quotes emailed without the ability to unsubscribe. Then the follow-ups from the garages asking if I was interested in purchasing. Managing to be inconvenient to both types of customer is pretty impressive! When my delivery address was sent to the garage, it was incomplete. Different to the address I got on my order completion email. This resulted in a delay of over a week - no fault of mine or the dealer. I did raise this as a complaint with Parts Gateway but they have stopped responding without an apology. 2* have been given as they did connect me with a garage that was helpful and well priced. But quite frankly, it wasn't worth the effort and I would not use again in the future nor recommend to either buyers or dealers.

I purchased a part from a supposedly "trusted seller" on the Partsgateway site, which I have used many times before with no problems at all.... this seller turned out to be a complete Nightmare and Thanks to Paypal I have at least be refunded the purchase price. Although I am Still out of Pocket!!!! When I contacted Partsgateway to Ask them to help me resolve my Issue they Basically said they are just the middle man and there was nothing that they could do.... They're Happy to take whatever commisions or kick backs they get from the sellers but are not willing to step in if it goes wrong!!! Partsgateway should monitor their "Trusted Sellers" more stringently and offer more assistance in dispute resolution - I was extreemly dissapointed!!!!!!

Part did not materialize though I paid promptly Supplier said they had posted it but never did! I do not think they even had it in the first place? Very disappointed so will never use again. Did get a refund after two phone calls to the supplier Use at your own peril

Part arrived and well packed. Fitted by garage and didn’t work. Dry solder joint and needed re soldering costing more money. Not the service I expected.
