Despite being told that the part I was sold was compatible with my vehicle, it wasn't so we had to return it. I am awaiting a refund and have been told that my return postage will not be refunded. I feel I was misled.

I ordered a space spare wheel for my Audi A1 size 215/45 R16 I received a wheel size 175/? R14 There was no explanation for the different size or that it would be a suitable substitute.

Ordered first part turned out to be wrong part although supplier stipulated within age range model was updated and the supplied part was for the older version. Ordered second part should have been correct but now presumably missing with carrier although I did not receive a despatch advice or tracking number. Now spent nearly £75 and no usable part received.

Probably my own fault but I dud give my car reg but the wrong colour wheel inset was given, a green background one was sent instead of black, suppose that is what can be expected when dealing with second hand parts dealers

I received a used parcel shelf for a Nissan Micra but it only had the strap on one side to hook over. I should really send it back as it's not fit for purpose and I feel I should have been told this before I purchased it. I now have to find someone to make it good so I am not a happy buyer!

i understand that there are many slightly different window switches , i didn't get the right one so have sent it back to Dalcrue auto salvage at my cost ,hopefully they will send me a correct one.I rang them and they said they would try ? i have sent partsgateway a email with pics of said switch as Dalcrue have no advertised email. A reply would have been nice from yourselves or atleast a pathway for contacting someone if a part is wrong. i hope Dalcrue are succesfull and you contact them yourselves to come to a good outcome

I was sent a part that didn't fit my car. Fortunately my local garage managed to dismantle the part and use just the switch within it that needed replacing, so saving me hassle of returning it

I ordered Two parts for my Kia Sorento wheel bearing and Electric Aerial on 19th April fro Recycled Motor Spares Bury who advise a 1-2 day delivery. I received a phone call 4 days later advising me I would receive one correct part and the other one was for another customer sent in error. They requested That I sent this part back to them and they would find out where my part had gone. Following my refusal to pay the postage they reluctantly sent a courier to pick it up. I finally received my correct part today 2nd May some 2 weeks late. The parts are of very poor condition and the Invoice as sent does not reflect the amount I paid. I am extremely disappointed with the service and products received and will definitely not use this company again now or at any time in the future.

The parts provider suggested by Parts Gateway fell a long way short of any praise. Dispatch/delivery took far too long and the trim part was so tired, it was only fit for the rubbish bin. The whole experience was a complete waste of time and money.

Sadly, not excessively impressed on this occasion as delivery wasn't exactly rapid, and the part was considerably less than wonderful even making allowance for the necessary age. Sorry, it's a "no" from me!!

The supplier was extremely prompt and dispatched the part on the same day as ordered. I received it the next day which was very good. The part unfortunately does not match at all. It was the wiper stalk for Peugeot 307. The stalk does not have a unit for the rear wiper and the connecting plugs do not match. I found this out today as I sent the car in to have the unit fitted. The supplier did not check properly to the specs which I supplied ie: Reg and model. Full marks for service zero marks for incorrect part

The part arrived exactly as promised, however it was impossible to accept the delivery in a manner that met the terms of sale. The courier company would not let us open the package before signing and would not let us sign as damaged ( which were the instructions from PartsGateway ). Consequently we had to take a chance and risk not getting our money back if the part had been wrong or damaged.
