Ordered a rear quarter glass for my Honda which turned out incorrect. There must be several Civic releases in 2006 but with £20 next day delivery which was late arriving anyway, it’s not viable to return it. Might be worth you having images of the product supplied to customers before they click ‘buy’ as opposed to blindly hoping it’s the right one. Not really Partsgateways fault but just my suggestion to avoid error as in £55 out of pocket and stuck with the wrong part.

Okay. Communication was good. Part received. A little disappointing it took 3 days instead of 1 day but it was Christmas!

OSF part ordered. NSF part received. Sorted by parts company but caused further unnecessary delay when needed car back on the road. No issues or complaints with the process of finding parts itself.

It was an easy process, i rang up to to check if the colour was the same has my car, the man said yes. I thought great, i asked if i could order with him over the phone he told me no and to go back to the website to order it. I am a customer service advisor, i was blown away, i thought how rude, his customer service was none

I was really happy with service and the cost of my part, however said 2 -3 days delivery that turned in 6 which had a knock on effect as I had a car in bits waiting on your delivery but having said that the part was decent and described well just a shame on the delivery

The tailgate arrived on time it said white on the discription it was green when it arrived so it will need respraying .

Process was very slow. I accepted the the bumper on 17th January. On Friday 19th I was told it would be sent out on Monday 22nd to arrive on Tuesday. Nothing happened. I called the company and was told that the salesman I was dealing with was off. On Wednesday 24th I was sent a picture of the bumper, which I accepted. There was also the offer of a bonnet, which after a day’s delay on my part I declined. On Thursday 25th I was told it would be dispatched. Finally arrived late afternoon on Monday 29th.

The part was incorrect although I have a reg, and it was picked by parts gateway by the registration.. I have photos of the old one to match.. my number is 07796 453461 if u could please call me and I can arrange to get correct one as I have photos of old unit etc . Thank you

the part arrived on time but as it turns out it was the wrong part, unfortunately, it was 2 weeks before I could get it fitted, then only to be told it was the wrong part, after getting in touch with the supplier was told that I was out of date for a refund, could only get a replacement, which I did not want as I had souced one elsewhere, therefor down £58.00

Ordered a zafira b rear axle ,and all being it being sent to Cornwall instead of Nottinghamshire I still received my item a day late just a shame I didn't get any free fudge with it lol

Previous to my last two purchase I would have given 5 stars. This is due to being duped out of £4.50 via Stripey Offers that's linked in with the website use. I was in a rush and had poor signal at the time and at the time I thought I was signing up to a parts gateway account, next thing I noticed was an email informing me I had signed up and £1.50 per text was the charge ... Anyway apart from that I have always had great service and success in getting the parts I required and the prices are great.I have never had any issues so no need to complain, although the issue regarding the Stripey offer thing I found impossible to report!!!! Overall I am very pleased,, and so are the many people I recommended the site to

The part was not a perfect match as it was dark grey. Whilst it fits a Volvo 960, it did not match the design of the original part, so I was misled that it was a 960 mirror. It was reasonably tidy and a clean mirror glass, so it replaces the broken one adequately.
