It took the best part of a week to get the item dispatched and when it was it was damaged in transit, so had to be returned

Pretty poor to be fair people were ringing to say they had the part but when I wanted it they were saying they didn’t have one

Part arrived 5 days later not next working day as expected. Delivered by being thrown over my gate, not very good for a headlight.

Part. Arrived broken sent back with couriers and then notified PartsGateway it then took them 5 days to be told they had reimbursed me

Parts Gateway seemed to be a useful method of finding & getting the part I needed. Slightly disappointing was only getting 2 quotes. I went for the more expensive one as they could deliver 2 days earlier (the same pattern part) and time was a factor. But in the end they did not deliver any sooner than the cheaper option so - the jury is still out over whether the sevice is any good. This is not Parts Gateway's fault but that of the suppliers of the part. If all the suppliers on the Parts Gateway system don't honour their delivery promises then the service is questionable.

After approaching the cheapest supplier, he told me that this price did not include injectors and it was another £10.00, delivery was 2-3 days and turned up 4 days later.

From the start parts gateway could not get my car to match the private reg, even though I sold my previous car over 2 years ago, got sent a mirror from Ireland, cost me to send it back. Not happy

Part did not come as promised and my money was refunded into my account, however, I contacted designated vendor who promptly took my order and delivered next day.

I wanted to renew my aerial because the end casing had perished the cheapest way was to use your site (ID: 46952374) and the part I chose was about two thirds of the cost of a new one. I was disappointed to find that the one sent showed it was also somewhat perished so don't expect it to last much longer. So I can see it is not much point in using your site again

Unfortunatly wrong part desite inputing registration and driver side rear .ended up with passenger side newer model lights which are useless . Apart from that quick service and follow ups

I specifically asked if the headlight unit had all fixing points intact and was told they were; when the garage came to put it in they found two were missing so had to improvise.

Not impressed with ultimate styling ordered a door mirror for kangoo van they had all the details of the van that where on log book ie registration etc and still sent wrong one then said it was my fault for ordering the wrong one and would not pay for the return so I had to pay for sign for return which is not what it said when I purchased it. will never use again.

Having emailed partsgateway about the packaging used and the possible condition of the parts required, I was assured that condition would be tip top. On arrival, the lamp cluster was packed ok. The lamp itself was not so good, the body of the unit was cracked and two of the lens clips/lugs were broken, (tip top ) certainly not. It also says that you have to sign for the package as damaged in the small print as no claim would be entertained, the driver had no provision on his handset to enable that request. Strange don't you think ?
