(1) I received the part 12 days after the payment was made despite repeated requests on the phone. (2) They sent me the wrong fake part and not the original part they promised and paid for. This part does not fit. (3) They asked me to send a photo of the fake part which does not fit. I sent the image of the fake part which does not fit, to NAV on 19.08.2025 as they had requested but so far NAV has not bothered to read my text on his phone. I phone again and spoke to Bilal and asked him if I could return. He said that I have to pay the return postage but before returning send image to NAV and seek his permission otherwise I will not get the refund. If I return the part without their permission, they will keep the part and will not give me the refund and also I will lose additional £8 on reurn postage. This is a day time robbery. Very poor communication, very poor delivery, and the part is scratched holed and very much below the standard acceptable, considering I paid £75 delivery it was a week later than expected avoid these people unless you see a detailed picture and description

Having eventually received the wing mirror I found it was the wrong colour, the wrong shape and not in good condition. So far it has been impossible to speak to anyone about this. I am going to return the mirror as received and expect to receive a full refund within 7 days. Should this not occur I will be taking County Court action against PartsGateway Ltd which will cost you more than refunding me. I have repacked and sealed the parcel so you won't be getting a picture.

Naz Motors Ltd responded to my advert looking for silver front wings for a car. Purchase was straightforward. However, they sent dark blue colour wings. Phoned them, they admitted it was their mistake and assured me they did have the silver ones in stock. They advised their driver would collect wrong ones when delivering the correct ones the following Monday. No one turned up. Contacted them again and was told they would use DHL who would come on Wednesday to collect & deliver. Cleared my diary, waited in all day, but no one came. Phoned Naz Motors Ltd who said leave it with them but wouldn't provide a tracking number. None of my messages have been answered and they have not contacted me once. I have had to chase them by phone on 4 occasions. They've had more than a fair chance to put things right, but haven't even had the courtesy to call me. I have started a resolution process on PayPal now. Extremely disappointed and let down by Naz Motors Ltd. Very poor show indeed. So now we wait and see if PayPal can sort this out. I certainly will not be recommending this company and would advise to avoid given their unprofessional conduct.

Hmm what to say . Part delivery time 2/3 working days 2 weeks later no part no one answered phone . Finally got thought to say dont send part now refund me because I had brought from somewhere else . Still waiting for refund coming up to 1 month later ..... when u have people like this on ur platform dont expect people to come back to us this again . I know I will not be coming back

The worst ever spare part dealer. Ordered a bumper and the brought me different order. Call and they said it too early because they have not had tea yet. So rediculous. Delay delivery yet different order

Terrible Service – Rude and Unprofessional Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered a part with next-day delivery, only to wait three weeks for it to arrive—only to receive the wrong, broken part! When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. Even worse, they had the audacity to blame the issue on my skin color, which is completely unacceptable and beyond disgraceful. They never even knew what part I needed in the first place! Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with incompetence, delays, and outright disrespect.

Took forever in the delivery (and delivery was not even free). They sent me the wrong part as well. The website and ordering process is stuck in 1990s tech! I still have the wrong part as they won’t reply back or provide refund. Avoid..

I ordered a window regulator for my 2000 VW golf. The garage who tried to fit the part said it was the correct part, but it had been altered, so couldn’t use it. He had to source another window regulator. Contacted Parts Gateway and asked him to speak to my mechanic to explain why it couldn’t be used and he didn’t bother to call him. I lost my money and had to dump the window regulator. Would have been very expensive to return the part due to the size. I only used this service as a last resort as the garages said VW don’t make that part any more for that model. I knew it wouldn’t be easy !
