Found me my part straight away ended up cancelling as waited a week to be told part was sent to another person did offer to send another one which declined as needed car and already waited a week asked for refund which they did but there phone manners changed I won't use again with my experience

The concept of partsgateway is good, using a car registration to make sure the parts are correct. However I ordered a door handle for my Peugeot 107. The first supplier supplied door handle with the incorrect colour and the second supplier, whilst charging a premium price supplied a badly scratched and poor condition product. So my experience was to say the least not pleasurable.

Brought a gearbox from a seller which was incomplete and missing the gear selector. When I brought this up with the seller, they wasn’t really interested. I was basically told to use the gear selector from my current gearbox box. The way the seller reacted and there lack of communication after, makes me very sceptical about the 90 day warranty!

Not as well as in the past as the item that you sent did not fit my car despite being assured in a phone call that it did. It has now been returned and, hopefully, my money will be returned.

Unfortunately the wrong part was supplied. We ordered and paid for power steering pump, but received a power steering column.

The part on the website was actually not the one described so not suitable. Thankfully the company noticed it was not what I required and cancelled the order

ordered part - didn't arrive. Called supplier - they said that part faulty and order cancelled. No communication and only found out after waiting a week.

Next day delivery you said OK I ordered my part on a Friday i wasn't expecting it till Monday it came late on Wednesday. It looked OK till I took I to the car it was a petrol cap cover which was to big I had to adapt the old and new ones to make it fit I was not very happy about that.

Sending message to seller is difficult and all the seller´s name is no exist in the list . I sent a message to one of the sellers but I recived answer from another one.

Very poor customer service waiting up to half hour and somebody in a different department states I am on my own in the office which my enquires were on another computer. .also waiting up to another week for the order to arrive. No estimated time is given when it arrives at its destination times should be given on time arrival which should be clear apart from item despatched. Not got

Notts Ford sent the wrong part even though I typed in my car number plate. After over a month and numerous texts/messages I eventually got my money back, but I'm still out of pocket because I had to pay the postage. I wouldn't use Parts Gateway again. They encouraged the seller to reimburse me but I really had to work at it, and they wouldn't help with getting my postage back. Back to eBay.
