The part on the website was actually not the one described so not suitable. Thankfully the company noticed it was not what I required and cancelled the order

ordered part - didn't arrive. Called supplier - they said that part faulty and order cancelled. No communication and only found out after waiting a week.

Next day delivery you said OK I ordered my part on a Friday i wasn't expecting it till Monday it came late on Wednesday. It looked OK till I took I to the car it was a petrol cap cover which was to big I had to adapt the old and new ones to make it fit I was not very happy about that.

Sending message to seller is difficult and all the seller´s name is no exist in the list . I sent a message to one of the sellers but I recived answer from another one.

Very poor customer service waiting up to half hour and somebody in a different department states I am on my own in the office which my enquires were on another computer. .also waiting up to another week for the order to arrive. No estimated time is given when it arrives at its destination times should be given on time arrival which should be clear apart from item despatched. Not got

Notts Ford sent the wrong part even though I typed in my car number plate. After over a month and numerous texts/messages I eventually got my money back, but I'm still out of pocket because I had to pay the postage. I wouldn't use Parts Gateway again. They encouraged the seller to reimburse me but I really had to work at it, and they wouldn't help with getting my postage back. Back to eBay.

It’s okay I suppose took five days to arrive though so car was off the road for this period of time could’ve been sent within three days but obviously couldn’t be bothered

As the part did not arrive within the promised time (2/3 days). I missed my slot at the body shop and was unable to get the work done prior to going on holiday. I was most unhappy with your service and would not recommend you to anyone. I still have the part wrapped and have had to store it like that in my little apartment until I can get the work done in just over a week - 28th June - so the part hasn’t been inspected. I can’t do that - the body shop needs to do it - I am too old at 77!

It was 2 weeks before i got the mirror and it was the wrong color,I bought black and got Blue

It took the best part of a week to get the item dispatched and when it was it was damaged in transit, so had to be returned

Part arrived 5 days later not next working day as expected. Delivered by being thrown over my gate, not very good for a headlight.

Part. Arrived broken sent back with couriers and then notified PartsGateway it then took them 5 days to be told they had reimbursed me
