Part wasn’t compatible with my van, can’t seem to get anyone to answer me for return and refund. Messaged garage also and got same response. Stuck with a £75 part that was meant to be correct for my reg but is useless to me. Given up!

Entered registration of car, got quotes, ordered part, sent car to garage to get part fitted - wrong part!!

The wrong part was delivered, not what the photo contained. I ordered a petrol flap for a mondeo and got a flap with the internal plastic mechanism/housing attached.

Shocking. Put my reg details In for a certain part which was required. Then ordered from a supplier but it turned out that the reg didn’t go through to them so they sent a part that doesn’t fit my vehicle. They then wanted to charge me £7.50 to sent it back to them even though it wasn’t my error. Will Not be using either again.

i have been sent the wrong part i ordered a 2ltr petrol body control module and have received a 1.4ltr with will not work i am unable to contact you to sort this as your phone number is not working how am i going to get this sorted ?

This company sends out emails containing false information regarding items being sent that were not sent. When this company is questioned they do not bother to reply. They seem like a dishonest setup in my opinion and will be avoiding them at all costs. Now I will be contacting their payment gateway PayPal to have their trading practices checked out for other customers' safety.

PartsGateway were swift with the search and found me a match with Mintech spares but unfortunately they overcharged me by £100 and sent me a faulty ecu unit that had water damage and broken pins although I specifically asked if it had water damage or broken pins and was assured that it didn’t. So I had to pay to return the item and wait for a refund but the postage cost was returned to me, I still had to endure the inconvenience. Avoid Mintech spares at all costs

Hi Parts Gateway , The part I ordered arrived yesterday , it was badly damaged , not well packaged at all and I am unable to install it. The part was not bubble wrapped to protect it, instead small cardboard boxes used for protection surrounding it, unfortunately this was not adequate and the tip of the red plastic moulding snapped off in transit. Can you please refund my money to me and also inform me of what you want me to do with the now useless part ? Regards Daniel Campbell

I would rather have replied directly with my problem than wrote it as a review but since the email says no-reply I'll say it here instead. The part, a Transit van back door, was delivered while I was out because I was just told it will come in 2-3 days, so I couldn't stay home. When I found it by my front door the driver was long gone and I opened it to find it was dented. Parts Gateway had told me on the phone and in a message that it was perfect. They said I had to inspect it while the delivery driver was there otherwise I cannot return it. So I have wasted £100 n a dented door

Ordered part through yourselves and when it come was incorrect part . Had to send it back at my expense telling company it was for a Ford galaxy not a mondeo. Poor customer relations . Very poor service!

Hi, I have written a review already. But I can repeat. The item come very dirty, I have to wash it with soap and brush of all build up dirt. Other wise it is fit.
