We ordered a part and was told it would be 2-3 days, 3 days later we relieved an email to say that it had been dispatched and if we did not receive within a timely manner to phone the company. Bearing in mind we have a vehicle off the road and timescale is urgent! We phoned to be told they were about to send it, then they stopped answering the phone until we used a different number.... left a bad review and got an instant refund, not helpful at all!
