“My part was due within 2-3 days, it has now been a week and still not received it. Have sent an email to find out when it will arrive and still have no response from the email. Stuart Greenwood”

“Ordered what was advertised as a new passenger side front fog lamp for T Reg Ford Focus estate. Received used front drivers side fog lamp. Trying now to obtain reply about returns with parts supplier.”

“Item was received quickly, but broken when I finally got round to fitting it to the car. Poor quality part. Would use a garage next time. Dealing with this site was a waste of time and money.”

“AVOID. Ratings are lies. Bought part for my car. Almost 2 weeks late after numerous calls. Abusive, dishonest frauds who are supplier's for partsgateway. Do not use at all unless you want to lose your money.”

“Absolutely terrible, they said that i would receivemy parcel in 1or2 days I'm still waiting and it's been over a week and still no goods, they said it was dispatched a week ago , I sent an email 3 days ago ask where was my parcel, I'm still waiting on a reply. My advice dont use them.”

“I paid for the gearbox on Monday 24th January and the delivery was 2 - 3 days so was expecting delivery Thursday 27th or Friday 28th when it didn't arrive i emailed to ask where the gearbox was and was told that the courier had lost it . They then said they had another gearbox that needed removing from another van so would remove it and sent out to me asap . I received an email on Wednesday 2nd Febuary saying it had been depatched . I sent 3 emails on 4th , 7th & 9th asking where the box was or a tracking number for the gearbox with no reply at all . Today Friday 11th the gearbox turned up and as i'm off with covid my work mate was asked to pay an extra £66 customs which i wasn't informed about when i paid for the gearbox so i told my mate to refuse the box and send it back . Currently awaiting full refund after dreadful customer service.”

“We ordered a part and was told it would be 2-3 days, 3 days later we relieved an email to say that it had been dispatched and if we did not receive within a timely manner to phone the company. Bearing in mind we have a vehicle off the road and timescale is urgent! We phoned to be told they were about to send it, then they stopped answering the phone until we used a different number.... left a bad review and got an instant refund, not helpful at all!”
