Not impressed. I had to order the part twice. The first seller said they had the part, I paid and they then got in touch and said they didn't have it after all. They were polite and apologetic and refunded my money. The second seller (Ted4 parts) confirmed that the part was fully working but when it arrived was the wrong part. I am in the process of negotiating a refund. This has wasted a lot of time and does not inspire me to use Parts Gateway again.

I placed an order via website with 1st choice car spares on the 19th of December it's now the 27th of December and I haven't received my parts they also contacted me to tell me it would be an extra £15 for the part I needed as the one they quoted on wasn't the correct part I've texted them three times no reply I paid the extra money on the same day they text me for it

I placed an enquiry for a specific part number and Darryl told me they had one in stock. I should have smelled a rat when no picture was forthcoming. However, I was assured they had the correct part so I took him at his word. Before paying I messaged to say if when they pick the part was found to be incorrect to please inform and refund immediately. I sat back having paid to find the part shown as dispatched and thought great. After a couple of days I received a sales call from All Parts Prestige via a different breaker platform offering the same part number. Having been told originally they only had one in stock at this point I knew they were just taking money falsely. I asked the chap to confirm the original part had been sent and after a short wait he came clean and said no, and that they didn't and never had,had the part let alone two. This caused me unnecessary delay and meant the car could not be moved. I then had to hope the refund would be honoured which fortunately it was. My advice would be if you must deal with them insist on upfront current date pictures of the part. Perhaps I was just unlucky but I doubt it. I felt and was totally duped.

Not very good, the correct details were given including the Honda part No but I was sent the earlier lamp. I called to query this and was told that’s the only lamp we do. No apologies and when I asked how I got my money back I was told a return note would be sent. I’m still waiting.

Even after entering the reg of my car, confirming the correct model etc the part was still completely incompatible

I have confirmed before purchase twice and gentleman confirmed and said he knows very well I have received belt and today take it to mechanic totally different sent them pictures no response

I order a brake calliper, giving registration of the car, name of the make of calliper fitted to this car and even number of the part and yet I received the wrong part. Now I'm expected to pay to return the part. Having already paid delivery postage unusually high, it's not worth dealing with the supplier.

Seems to have very limited due diligence in place around the suppliers it works with. Dispute resolution is poor, with systems for contacting suppliers not working and little interest taken in resolving this or reaching a satisfactory outcome. Messages back from Parts Gateway are regular but don't say anything more than 'contact the supplier'. If the supplier is uncontactable or does not respond you're on your own

Ordered a wiper arm over a weak ago all paid apparently got sent out last Tues would take 2-3 working days to get here still no wiper arm phoned him on Fri and he told me he would send one out recorded delivery so should get it tues still no wiper arm and when it arrived it was the wrong one just looks like they sent me any old wiper arm wasn't even for zafira

Absolutely discussed by the way partsgateaway is behaving . After over 20 days they have not delivered the item and I complained a week ago . In response they asked me to wait until they checked with carrier not telling which carrier they used no tracking number and I have not revived my item It looks like they have not posted any thing otherwise they would send me a posting date

I ordered a part with full description and did a follow on call to accertain that my request was received appropriately yet I was sent the wrong part that doesn't meet the speciation I have since called the supplier who says he will get back to me up till now am still waiting. I have missed my NCT which is the equivalent of the MOT in the UK now I have to pay for cancellation. All am hoping for now is to get a full refund so I can order else where in Ireland due to time lag. Really dissatisfied with this organisation.

Ordered & paid for a part. Had message day later to say part not available?? Phoned for refund as i had to order from another company. Was told I didn't receive message from them although message is still on my phone and WAS from parts gateway. Person on phone basically said I was lying. Very rude I thought.
