Honestly not happy at all. Ordered a mk 4 part and received a mk5. It took 5 working days to get to me when I got personally told it would be next day delivery. I emailed them on the day I recieved it which was Saturday and now we are on Thursday and I still haven't recieved an email back. No support anywhere. Not happy.

To whom it may concern, please be cautious of these individuals. They have a history of sending incorrect spare parts and refusing to issue refunds, often using excuses to avoid returning your money.

Hi I purchased a battery for a fiesta witch did not fit So asked for it to go back for a refund but they could not take it has was stock taking when they did pick it up they gave me a returned form and have been on phone and spoke to the driver and gave them proof off the return and still not been paid not GOOD

Nobody answers my request and there is not any direct and clear instruction to return the product. I'm going to return the product but I send 2 emails to different email addresses nothing received.

One of the companies that u deal with tried to rip me off buy showing a photo of postage package sent two weeks pass no item ,company said had been sent, on checking parcel force item was never posted ( fraud comes to mind)

Nothing received...Zero stars Told part was not available after payment was taken, was then sent a dispatch confirmation after I was told the part was not available, no parts received and no refund as I was told I would receive. Texts being ignored which have been put across in an enquiring manner. Very disappointed. Contacting Credit Card Company to dispute payment

Sent a Brocken part so we now have paid for a part, fitting and still have no car. I would recommend using a supplier that test the parts and supply a quality warranty not one that requires a mechanical report to prove that the part is faulty.

Like I said before it's the wrong part and nobody at the company cares about. What I have to say more about? I've sent 3 messages and the pictures requested and still nothing.

The wrong size drive shaft was sent to me for £174.80. When asked to pay the return cost myself I asked the yard to arrange a Royal Mail pickup from my flat. They still haven't done this, so I'm £174.80 + £60 costs, having a garage attempt to fit it.

Needed my car on the road asap not all parts arrived at the same time holding up my garage appointment so had but parts from somewhere else returns department was rude saying the parts had been sent separately so damage could be done the parts was metal and rubber no reason why they couldn’t have been sent with the fuel injector when asked if I could send the parts back I was told because I didn’t wait for the parts to come they would deduct 10% off what I’d paid and pay return postage really bad service I would never use again

Very poor service paid for part gat 2 different track numbers Ignore my messages had to go to PayPal for a refund He would not pay the refund so PayPal had to pay me it is a scan

I wanted a headlight for a corsa and found 2 matches. I ordered from one supplier who told me that they didn't after all have the headlight required. So I ordered from the second supplier who sent me the wrong part. I've had to waste Time and postage sending it back.

Enquired about a ABS OSF sensor for a Honda CRV 2004. Only 1 result that was confirmed as suitable. After purchase goods arrived and were incorrect. Waste of time and effort.

I did not receive my order after being informed that I'd be getting my order within 2-3 days. It has already been 10 days. Not sure, whether I lost money or someday I'll receive my order.

I'd ordered a car seat with free delivery. I've got and email with confirmation about delivery date. On the planning delivery day seller called me and ask when I plan to collect the item. I told him I ordered with delivery, he said for delivery I need to pay extra, it doesn't matter that I have a conformation of delivery. I had to cancel the order. I lost few days of waiting for a part for nothing.
