The part I ordered was advertised as grey it’s not grey it’s silver, I would definitely not order anything from partsgateway ltd again. They are still advertising the same part as grey when it’s clearly silver.

Not very good to be honest- part was sendwith delay- received part with different numbers than required- still warning message on dashboard 😟

Speedy salvage have not even had the curtesy to answer my emails or call 10 days on still nothing .glad I payed using pay pal. Iten never sent

I needed a Citreon C3 Picasso DRIVERS door mechanism. The supplier sent the wrong part but WAS listed as D/S/F door mechanism. I tried to contact supplier to return part and obtain correct part, still have not got correct part. Nor had instructions to return parts. I sent several Emails to supplier and to Parts Gateway Ltd but had no Reply. This is why I always pay by PayPal at least they are able to sort for us. So I'm afraid I'm not impressed with this set up at all.

Wrong part sent from all fordz. Telephoned them said they would get back. Nothing for a week now.

The photo showed all of the mirror was in black which was required but the rear outer casing is grey.

Ordered mini air filter box. Part arrived with missing lug on lid and a screw through the box holding lid on. Obviously unacceptable and a waste of £30

Bought a parcel shelf and seat belt for my Renault went to leave a bad feedback on the company but you said let them resolve it they said send it back so I did cost me £15 no refund yet fitted seat belt saturday it's jammed can't afford another £15 to send that back now out of pocket £150 not a good experience

Sent wrong part. I didn't realize until it was too late and the bloody thing broke. They would not refund. Awful service.

Part was advertised to fit 2006 coupe bmw I ordered part and it was the wrong one it was for the saloon I got intouch with the company that sold it and they have basically washed there hands with me saying it all my fault they did say I could return it but I would have to pay it cost £38 to send it back the part was£51 so I gonna loose £39.absolite racket they are cheeky and unprofessional never use this again it's just not right

I asked for a quote but found that all quotes were more expensive than purchasing the part locally. The following day, I received an email saying that one of the vendors had sent the part and had invoiced me for it. I have tried contacting the site and the vendor with no response from either. I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING FRM THIS SITE AND SUGGEST YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING SO!! They are scammers!!

usually i do not have a problem with parts gateway as i have used them several times before, BUT this last time i had the misfortune to deal with a company called NIRRO who sent me a starter motor that definitely does not start! I messaged them via the app as per instructions and got ZERO response, so putting a bad review seems to be my only option.

disappointed to say the least give correct information of car but wrong part sent. have emailed them for return address but no reply. I will not be dealing with that company again.

Im not recommended friends this supply, delivered dirty item, even doesnt fit. Before sorted my reg nr and sent wrong. I will send back.

Where to start. Items in stock and reasonably priced at the time I needed them. Order placed online with no issues. First item arrived unusable, as did 3 other replacements. After a few calls and 1 call requesting to speak to a manager ( never happened ) it transpired I was being sent out the same item I had previously refused as damaged...not once, but twice. Nearly a month later received a serviceable replacement and a refund.
