I paid for the gearbox on Monday 24th January and the delivery was 2 - 3 days so was expecting delivery Thursday 27th or Friday 28th when it didn't arrive i emailed to ask where the gearbox was and was told that the courier had lost it . They then said they had another gearbox that needed removing from another van so would remove it and sent out to me asap . I received an email on Wednesday 2nd Febuary saying it had been depatched . I sent 3 emails on 4th , 7th & 9th asking where the box was or a tracking number for the gearbox with no reply at all . Today Friday 11th the gearbox turned up and as i'm off with covid my work mate was asked to pay an extra £66 customs which i wasn't informed about when i paid for the gearbox so i told my mate to refuse the box and send it back . Currently awaiting full refund after dreadful customer service.
