We are a small stationery brand called Rama Publishing based in London. I met their head designer during a panel where she was supposed to mentor me. At the end of our 10 minutes together she asked me if she could keep our Daily Review Planner and our gold brass pen holder. I then never heard from her which is fine but then to my horror, they are selling an identical version. So identical that a lawyer said our case had merit. Avoid at all costs!

would not recommend this company at all, the book was botched with the photos all either upside down, distorted, stretched or squashed.

I had ordered a planner two weeks before college classes had started, which was planned to arrive shortly after, just in time for classes. After my estimated arrival date, I checked the tracking and the date kept changing to a later date, every single day. At this point, I emailed support explaining how my package had failed to arrive. Eventually, they said they could send a replacement, however I was already two weeks into classes at this point. (and two weeks without planner I should have at this time.) They failed to offer expedited shipping, so I asked for a refund. I do not recommend this company. Apparently it happened often, and support didn't seem too concerned.

I have loved Papier for a long time, which is why we ordered our daughter's wedding invitations from them. My daughter purchased the invitations from the Papier UK website. When I was checking our bank account, I noticed that we were charged double for a single order. Since we live in the U.S., I spoke to someone via live chat to explain what happened. I provided my order number to the customer service representative who told me that there was only one charge on their end, even though I explained that our credit card account had been charged twice. He then told me I needed to provide "evidence" that my credit card was charged twice. I did as he asked and he miraculously was then able to see where they charged my account twice. The representative then told me that we would receive a refund for the duplicate charge but when I checked my account, it showed the pending refund but not for the full amount that they charged. This was their screw up, not mine and somehow, for some reason, I'm not getting the full refund. I will never order from this company again. This entire experience left me feeling like I was being scammed by Papier UK.

When you try to make a purchase and the transaction fails, the bank will sometimes hold the funds as pending while they wait for the transaction to go through. As soon as the bank realises the transaction has failed, the funds will be returned to your account. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. My order arrived damaged and the customer service team was unwilling to give a full refund for the product. Pictures were sent that they did not fully address other than saying they were sorry. The fault was as a result of their packaging materials, so why would I want to pay and order another product from them? So I could get another damaged planner? For such a pricy planner especially for a student it really sucks that it’s completely dented and that the company was willing to do so little about it. I did tell them how the damage was as a result of their packaging and they didn’t care at all, didn’t even address the message. I absolutely will not be ordering from them again, and would not recommend their products to anybody else.

I just have a message saying “ Your item has been delivered to an agent for final delivery in SAINT CLOUD, FL 34772 on July 21, 2022 at 1:23 pm" .... so can you tell me where my order is??? Thanks

Ordered a Mini Photo book with baby's first year memories as a gift for grandparents. Was so excited to see the album, but it paled when I opened it. Surprise surprise - pictures are not printed on photo paper, not even matte photo paper. The output looks like someone printed the pictures on a home printer using regular sheets. I would have readily paid a bit more to get the best quality. Really disappointed for what has been paid for versus what was expected.

$660 worth of fancy wedding invitations arrived soaking wet. Contents packaged in cheap thin cardboard with no plastic to protect contents. Box was sitting at my front door for hours in the rain. I indicated urgency since invitations needed to be sent out soon. Received what seemed to be automated response on 18th saying they were closed 15-18 and would respond back later. Never heard from them and salvaged the best ones to sent out. Now a month later they want photos of the water damage in order to feedback to their shippers? I'm not going to bother. It should be obvious that you don't ship $660 worth of fancy paper in thin cardboard without plastic protecting the contents.

Of course, I would be more than happy to process a full refund for you as you were not able to use many of your items. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for this to be reflected in your account. My order came and none of the photos were in the right position or even close to how I’d created it on the site. Not even the front cover. I’m really unhappy with it. I spent a long time compiling photos and placing them in the book for it to arrive and look terrible.

such poor quality and no options for editing and when you upload a photo even though is not great quality it does not give you the option to go forward regardless it should say we dont recommend this photo as it might come out well they look dull and not bright as my original photos do not happy and will not use again i have other companies that have much better product

Horrific!!! Very very bad quality. Could hardly see the duck and the watermelon was faint and streaked. Would not provide a refund. Bad customer service. Spent $117 to throw it away.

Really disappointed and would not recommend! Substandard printing, paper and arrived damaged! The photo book I ordered arrived damp and so all of the inner pages were slightly wrinkled. The paper was very thin making it feel quite cheap and easily creased and absorbed the colours so the pictures had lost impact. I asked for a new photo book that wasn’t damp and on better paper and all they did was offer me 10% off future purchases - useless!

Nothing but disappointment - spent hours collating images and laying out a design for my mum's 70th birthday Album. Digital proof approved prior to ordering was perfect and we were initially super excited that it arrived a day earlier than expected, only to be heartbroken when unpackaging it to find over 3/4 of the pages printed with images completely distorted, placed around the wrong way, even upside down INCUDING THE FRONT COVER! Frustratingly, there was no contact phone number to be able to call and speak to someone about this, so I had to wait to be contacted via email the following day (given time difference between customer service in UK and me having order in Australia). Apparently the error was found to be on the end of their image host, and they were unable to "fix" it and reprint. They were also unable to tell me how long this mysterious file host error may take to be fixed so BEWARE....your finished product has the potential to arrive just like ours - embarrassingly incorrect. Any basic form of quality control checking would have instantly recognised the mistakes...the front cover image very obviously sideways! Images upside down and sideways throughout and not at all resembling the digital proof I approved. But this is clearly not a process implemented by the company, or else the error would have been picked up prior to the product being sent to me. Yes, I was refunded in full however now I'm needing to find an alternative company and completely re-do the project, and am left with nothing but a very sour experience and a mum who was overwhelmed with the sentiment of our gesture but clearly heartbroken - for both herself and us - by the quality and the fact we were having to completely re-do it all again. Papier weren't willing to compensate us for the cost of having to re-print elsewhere either. Save your time and go elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

I LOVE those notebooks, unfortunately, I was not able to order them. I spent an hour putting together my order until I noticed at checkout papier only delivers to a few countries. I think that's extremely uncommon nowadays and you should be informed about that issue earlier on. It was such a waste of time. They even sent emails ala "hey, complete your order now". Extra salty :S

I received my planner yesterday. It did take awhile, but that's understandable due to the customization. It's beautiful, although the paper quality isn't as thick as I was expecting for the cost. What I wish was disclosed on the product page is that nothing is in order. If I write out my to-dos and goals and important dates for January, I don't want to flip through the remaining 11 months to get to the actual planner (week view). It would make way more sense to group everything together by month so you can start each month listing out the dates & goals, and then go into next month with those in mind as you get through your weeks. Instead you have to flip around. I took a chance on this planner and I am already regretting it. I have no clue if it's returnable because it's monogrammed.

Thank you for your message, I’m so sorry to hear you don’t like the setup of the 2022 diary! Our 2021 diary did have the monthly to dos and goals grouped with the month, however this led to some dates being replicated as the to dos and goals split the months unevenly. We made the decision to revert back to our original layout (where the monthly goals and to do's are grouped together at the start of the diary and no dates are replicated) for our 2022 Diaries as we received a high volume of feedback from people who preferred this layout. Very very VERY disappointed. I thought this would be a quality product. I bought a 2022 planner- nice design outside but the paper quality inside is extremely disappointing! I have a fountain pen that I use everyday for personal use including my yearly planner and it bled through to the next page! (which isn’t a blank page after each month- it is the next month!) Sooo I even used a regular ink pen nothing fancy nothing thick and it NEARLY bleeds through so regardless of what pen I use it copies over and makes a mess for the following month. I think there should be a disclaimer to use PENCIL ONLY! POOR POOR POOR QUALITY FOR AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT! (My previous planner was from Target and the paper was much thicker, and never bled through)
