Ordered on 20th Dec on a 24 hour express delivery, so it would arrive before Christmas. The website said the last express delivery was 22nd so felt I had enough time. When I received my confirmation it stated it would not come until the 27th despite the express delivery. I contacted customer service and was told if I wanted it by the 23rd I would need to pay over £10 for express delivery. I explained I had shouldn’t need Saturday delivery as I had order on Wednesday on 24 hour delivery so it should have come at the latest on Friday. I was told if I didn’t pay it I wouldn’t receive it. I cancelled the order, very disappointed with the service.

Pretty awful really as the caption on the card had been cropped and therefore making the card and its sentiment pointless and unusable

I am not happy with what I received for the amount it cost. No foil edged page option. Could not have it without monogrammed. Only one bookmark. Not an interesting choice of colours. Supposedly was leather but did not appear to be. Unhelpful customer services. Would not buy again. Extremely bad value.

We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your order! All of our leather diaries have an upcycled leather cover with hot pressed foil details, although you can remove the monogram if you choose. Ordered a personalized planner for 2024 and the design on the front and back of the planner isn't centered. I'm a stickler for details so this was a huge bummer. Oh, they also want you to get the personalized planner so you cant do a return if there is an issue with the product.

Ordered a recipe journal and so far I have received a blank journal, a reading journal then a "lost in the mail journal". Clearly no quality control on the products going out. This has been a real disappointment. Still no recipe journal in hand after about 6 weeks.

The paper in the planners is so thin that only pencil won’t show through to the next page

I've ordered 7 Wellness Journals from Papier and have always loved them. However, on receiving my latest order I realised that the layout has changed of the wellness journal. Gone is the practical areas for logging water and self care, and in its place are things like "Connections" "Restful Moments" "Movement, today's natural motion" what in the world!! The journaling area has been halved in favour of these ridiculous titles. I enjoy journalling, and I like down to earth, practical books, Papiers Wellness Journal has gone from being useful to just some kind of "woo woo" diary! The one I bought as a gift was for my husband, I'm embarrassed to give it to him! One loyal customer will be going elsewhere to buy.

While the outside of the planner is gorgeous, the pages inside are extremely thin, so the printed text and any ink bleeds through onto the other calendar months/pages, making it pretty non-functional. I’m so sad about it because if the pages were thicker/high quality it would be great!

I'm really disappointed in the quality of card I bought. It was a personalised card for my Husband's birthday and I uploaded high res photos from our wedding but the print quality when I received the card is so poor. It looks like it has been printed on an at home printer. Overall it looks like a cheap handmade card and I paid £5 total cost for it. I wouldn't purchase from here again.

BRIDES! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR YOUR WEDDING WITH PAPIER. They lost my package not once but twice and they refuse to make it right or even refund me. What is absolutely hilarious is that I got my sample VERY quickly, both samples actually I got super fast. But once I actually spent money, they lost my package twice. Save yourselves the headache and use Minted or Zazzle or literally anywhere else.

I bought a spiral softcover academic planner because I liked the pages. I immediately noticed how cheaply it was made. Also, the color did not look the same as it did online. After a couple days of use, the corners have already gotten torn up in my bookbag. I could buy a planner from Target for half the price and 10x better quality. Papier only offered me 15% back on my card. I would not buy another planner from this company.

The album feels very cheap, blank pages left at the back. Presume I have paid for empty pages. Overall quality is not the best.

The only pages that will be mandatory blank in our photo book products is the 'Inside Left' and 'Inside Right' pages. There's no additional charges for these pages and they do not count toward your maximum page allowance. I am so disappointed, as I edited the well being journal for my daughters birthday and it still came with the Shilpa Deepak name above the name I out, even though I edited and it looks stupid and feel need to order again but at £33 once you pay postage... really really unhappy this time

Unreliable discount codes - % discount code on sign up did not work. Contacted customer service through chatbot but they were busy. The chatbot states that I will be contacted by staff at a later time, but I was not contacted. I ended up purchasing their products after a few days of waiting because the product looks good. However, all in all, very disappointed as the website is clunky - poor user experience. I would have been encouraged to buy more had the experience been great. Also referred a friend using the refer a friend voucher but they could not use this - directed to a page which says “delay in processing” discount.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear the discount code did not work for you. Usually we ask the following if a code isn't working: 1. There are no spaces before, after, or within the code 2. Your code is a legitimate code 3. You are only applying one voucher code 4. The offer is specific to a particular item 5. You have met the minimum basket spend for your code (this excludes delivery) In regards to our refer a friend scheme, the third party site we use to generate codes will delay a reward if you self-refer or are referring someone with the same name or at the same IP address. If you refer your work email address from a personal one or use email addresses with married and maiden names this will be automatically blocked and the pop up will not appear - apologies that I cannot help more with this! I paid extra to have a large order of paper and cards delivered as a birthday present. The order was due to be delivered yesterday, it has still not been delivered. I can't get to speak to anyone at Papier support or at the delivery company. Tracking the order has produced nothing and again I can't speak to any support. So disappointing.

Returns & Refunds. I saw on the website prior to ordering that I would be able to return a personalized item (even though it is more difficult). When I received my item and was not satisfied and attempted to return it, I was told I could not. I also received an email explaining that my order would not arrive on time after getting confirmation/tracking information of the expected date of delivery. Not a great experience.

I’ve received the wrong item 3 times now. After the first time they apologized and said they would send me the correct product. It was wrong again and I emailed costumer service and asked for a refund. They ignored my request for a refund and asked to send me the correct item again. I thought, okay maybe 3rd times the charm so gave them another chance. Wrong item for the 3rd time. Emailed them AGAIN and asked for a refund. So disappointed with their customer service. They won’t give me a refund, and are “launching an investigation with their printers”. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this company or any of their products. They had many chances to make it right and they haven’t. Beyond frustrated.

I had such high expectations, but I'm never ordering from this company again. I ordered a 2023 personalized planner at the end of November. When it arrived the print was off centered and there were marks on it from the printer. I contacted the company and they said I could get 15% of the price returned or they could send me a new one. Since getting 15% back felt like a joke considering the price, I opted for a new one. I was told it might not be on time for xmas, which I was ok with since the calendar was for me. I figured I'd still get it before the new year started. It arrived , and it had the exact same issue as the previous one, but the off center was even worse, and the marks where in the exact same place. So I contacted them again, and said that they should check with the printers since I had the exact same issue prior. So they sent me a new one, which finally came out fine. BUT it was not a calendar, it was a financial planner. At this point I just gave up, it was mid January and I just wanted my damn planner. I ended up getting a planner elsewhere, and wasted $30+ on something I never got to use.
