Do not use this company for your stationary needs. The quality is subpar, the packaging for shipping is insufficient (box arrived untaped with minimal dunnage which caused my save the dates to bang around inside the box and arrive bent), addressed envelopes were missing and all the addresses were printed in an incorrect format. I’ve been emailing the company for the past week and still do not have a resolution. Their responsiveness and customer service is unhelpful. Why would you want me to return damaged incorrect material that is unusable and I’m going to recycle like you would anyways? Why would we spend more time money and carbon emissions shipping something back? Why wouldn’t you automatically offer a prepaid return label after all this grief? Brides beware there are better stationary companies out there.

I ordered a mid-year planner. The cover and pages are nice but I was upset about Good Friday and Easter being excluded from my calendar, especially since every other religions’ dates seem to be included. I understand Easter is celebrated different dates in different countries, but here in the US, it is a set date every year. Guess that’s what I get for ordering a calendar form somewhere besides US. Please consider making calendars with all important Christian holidays included. If you can include Islamic holidays and pride month/coming out day, you can include Christian holidays.

Ordered with delivery of Thursday for daughter's wedding. Printing problem but promised would be posted next day delivery please cancel when sorted sent yesterday but not delivered today. In fact tracking not yet available. The wedding is tomorrow. I am beyond words and really upset

Products not arrived. Ordered a personalised diary as a birthday gift, paid extra for express postage. Diary still has not arrived, tried contacting customer services 2 days ago and they still have not responded. Very disappointing and poor service I would not recommend this company or their products.

I ordered a diary and when it came the edges were cut really badly, the rounded corners were not round and looked like whatever cuts it hadn’t cut it right, i own a small business and create things using a rounder and i know that there are often mistakes but even as a small business i would never send off a faulty item. they offered me either a replacement or a 20% refund, that refund would have been around £4 for a diary i had spent £25 on and £5+ in postage.. that had come faulty. so i opted for the replacement, when the replacement came it also was faulty, the corners were cut really badly again so i contacted them and the best they could offer me was a 15% refund, i just think when a brand is this big and charging what they do for planners and diary’s etc. they should be at least able to give you a 50% refund or provide you with a replacement which is of quality. it’s just frustrating because i don’t have the money for things like this but i thought id treat myself and i just think there should be some quality control on what gets sent out as i should be allowed to expect it to come nice without faults. (i would like to add photos of this but it keeps telling me ‘ * We could not upload one of your files, please try again later or contact support’)

Ordered a hard back note book and spiral bound/paperback diary. The hardback is lovely but the spiral bound diary is of such poor quality. The cover is so flimsy I can’t see it lasting a month, never mind a year. And because it’s personalised I can’t do anything about it? So disappointed for the price.

Hi, I purchased a 2025 page a day photo diary for my adult daughter as a Christmas present. It was beautiful. I was absolutely horrified to see the way it has fallen a part by August when I visited her on a work day. This is a work diary so it is used 5 days a week as you would expect a page a day diary to be used. There have been no spillages or mis-treatment. A page a day diary is, by its very nature going to get daily use and be carried around. I feel ashamed of the poor quality of the gift I have given her. I hope that other customers do not suffer the same embarrassment that I have.

Just to be clear, the only assistance I received was a 15% refund on a $100 purchase for two books that I can’t even use. As other reviews have mentioned, and as I’ve already said, the paper quality is extremely poor and the ink bleeds through the pages. This is unacceptable for this price range, and I’m not satisfied with the customer service’s response, which was simply that the quality may vary depending on their supply.

Availability of the paper we source can differ due to global supply chain changes, so we may swap to alternative materials to ensure we are able to produce our stationery and keep it in stock. Disappointing Quality – Not Worth the Price I paid for 2-day delivery but it arrived after 4 days. Not the end of the world, but frustrating. Unfortunately, the real disappointment was the quality of the planner itself. The cover finishing is poor and awkwardly cut, and the paper is so thin that printing from the previous page shows through, making it difficult to read. Any ink also bleeds through easily. The edges of the pages are uneven, with some sticking out and left unprotected. I’ve purchased many planners from other companies at this same price point, and they have all been far superior. Sadly, if this is the standard of Papier products, I won’t be buying from them again. The only positive was the packaging, which was presented nicely – but it’s not enough to make up for the quality issues.

I ordered 2 personnalised notebook and I was genuinely surprised by how flimsy these notebooks felt. The paper is very thin, ink shows through on the other side, and the pages come off the spiral way too easily. For the price, I expected something much more solid and pleasant to use. The quality just doesn’t match what I thought I was paying for. I definitely not recommand the customise notenooks.

I couldn't be more disappointed with the service I have received from Papier. I placed an order for some place cards for my wedding and they never arrived. When I flagged this with Papier they said the parcel cannot be tracked, it was too late and they couldn't deliver more in time. This has left me with mis-matching wedding stationary which is absolutely devastating. Please avoid Papier for your wedding stationary if you don't want to be disappointed. On top of this the refund time is extremely long. AVOID!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Papier. I’ve had issues with a return order not once, but twice, and each time the process was completely mishandled. For a brand that prides itself on quality and service, this experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly unacceptable. I’m still waiting on a refund and a correct replacement copy. Would not recommend based on this experience.

The layout is honestly confusing, seemingly impossible to follow or have everyone for that month in one area, and personally I think it’s just kind of terrible. There are no tabs on the side and your calander are all together then all your weekly notes in one part all together and at the end you get like a few pages of scratch paper that’s it. I don’t enjoy the paper quality either. It’s not as thick or durable as it was made out to be. The page inserts are paper so they deteriorate very quickly are are unusable after just a few short days it seems like. Over all I’m extremely disappointed. I spent over 60$ on my order and it turned out to be basically unusable with how disorganized it was and how inefficient the lay out turned out to be. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Save your money.

Please don’t pay extra for early delivery. I have ordered a journal for a birthday present which is now two days late. Actually, I still haven’t received it so hoping it does appear at some point.

I didn't realize that the productivity planner was not a full year planner. I don't see information on the production information that indicates it is only for a four month period, either. Very disappointed that I spent so much on an item that I would have to buy 3 of to make work for my planning, for way more than I usually spend on just 1 planner for an entire year. I thought it would be worth it, but being that it doesn't cover the entire year, I just have to buy a new planner elsewhere.
