I ordered a Wedding Album, I was happy with the result. In designing it, I would have preferred a few extra page layouts and the ability to reduce some of the photos; I could enlarge but not reduce. I usually do paper Scapebooking and this was the first digital album I had done; the process was quick but I thought I would have a lot more options. I also thought it came in a gift box and wasn't impressed with the exchange rate charged after the order was processed.

I couldn't be more disappointed with the service I have received from Papier. I placed an order for some place cards for my wedding and they never arrived. When I flagged this with Papier they said the parcel cannot be tracked, it was too late and they couldn't deliver more in time. This has left me with mis-matching wedding stationary which is absolutely devastating. Please avoid Papier for your wedding stationary if you don't want to be disappointed. On top of this the refund time is extremely long. AVOID!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Papier. I’ve had issues with a return order not once, but twice, and each time the process was completely mishandled. For a brand that prides itself on quality and service, this experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly unacceptable. I’m still waiting on a refund and a correct replacement copy. Would not recommend based on this experience.

The layout is honestly confusing, seemingly impossible to follow or have everyone for that month in one area, and personally I think it’s just kind of terrible. There are no tabs on the side and your calander are all together then all your weekly notes in one part all together and at the end you get like a few pages of scratch paper that’s it. I don’t enjoy the paper quality either. It’s not as thick or durable as it was made out to be. The page inserts are paper so they deteriorate very quickly are are unusable after just a few short days it seems like. Over all I’m extremely disappointed. I spent over 60$ on my order and it turned out to be basically unusable with how disorganized it was and how inefficient the lay out turned out to be. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Save your money.

Please don’t pay extra for early delivery. I have ordered a journal for a birthday present which is now two days late. Actually, I still haven’t received it so hoping it does appear at some point.

Great experience and product. First photo book ordered from Papier and first time using a photo uploader and book app. The customer service was great - they went through my book and let me know which photos might be blurry so I changed accordingly. Photos printed really well, parcel arrived a day early and present well received. Thank you 😊

I didn't realize that the productivity planner was not a full year planner. I don't see information on the production information that indicates it is only for a four month period, either. Very disappointed that I spent so much on an item that I would have to buy 3 of to make work for my planning, for way more than I usually spend on just 1 planner for an entire year. I thought it would be worth it, but being that it doesn't cover the entire year, I just have to buy a new planner elsewhere.

My personalised calendar arrived damaged. I have requested a replacement, suggesting a different print that was reportedly more affordable than the original. However, my offer was declined. Subsequently, I asked for a refund, which was also denied. They offered only a 20% refund for the calendar. Please be advised that if you order a personalised item, you will only receive a 20% refund. Very disappointed.

Beautiful but not functional. I purchased a calendar and not sure why they’re so expensive - you can barely use it. July 1st starts on a Tuesday but since Monday is June apparently we don’t need to plan that week out? The entire first week of July isn’t on the planner. And not only that, but the print is so “whimsical” and aesthetic it’s not even functional. The lines are barely visible and the size with the giant rings makes it cumbersome and bulky. Overall very poor design and execution just to overcharge for something “pretty” on thick paper.

I love Papier I’ve consistently order from them for 5 years. My new academic diary for Aug 2025-jul 2026 has got much worse quality paper though. In all my old journals I have used watercolour paint to colour code and have been thrilled by the thick paper quality. It’s very disappointing that they have stripped back on the original quality paper. Other than that I love the diaries and couldn’t live without them.

I bought the Jacobean florals hardcover notebook. The paper is thin and feels cheap. The writing shows through to the other side of the paper. For the price, I wasn’t expecting it to feel so cheap. I would not buy again.

Disappointed. Birthday card was printed on thick paper not card. I thought it would be printed on the same quality card my wedding thank you cards were printed on from this company which were fantastic. This card looked cheap and awful. Not worth the money compared to other companies. Won’t buy again.

I am more than happy with the invitations and RSVP cards with Menu choices for my coming wedding. The staff were extremely helpful when I wanted something different from the norm. I’m just now working on the Order of Service and the order will be placed once all the details are finalised. Everyone who has received an invitation have been so positive with there feedback.

This is the 6th diary I have ordered from Papier as they are quite simply the most beautiful, luxurious, well laid out diaries! They just suit me and my needs - both business & personal - so perfectly! I love the beautiful, artistic designs and the fact that I can personalise them. It is such a pleasure to write in my diary - the quality and craftsmanship that goes into them is second to none. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

These books are not worth how expensive they are. I just purchased two 30 page books to recap a holiday ($300 together) and they look like they could have been done at Officeworks for $50. Also there is no writing on the binder of the book, so if you wanted to start a collection of holiday books and put them on a bookshelf you'd have no way of knowing which is which.
