I was excited to receive my wedding guestbook from Papier and I am unfortunately disappointed with the quality. The front cover has a photo glued to it and you can clearly tell a photo was slapped on and can see the corners flipping up - if I realized that's how is would have arrived I wouldn't have gotten a photo put on the front and only the foiled font. The photos inside were professional photos and the printing quality wasn't clear as it should be with professional quality photos. Overall not what I expected and unhappy with our guestbook.

I bought a custom spiral academic planner. It is very cute but absolutely terrible quality for the price. The pictures of the products and the price makes you think their products are quality, do not fall for this. The cover is incredibly thin, same with the pages.

I’ve been using papier academic planners for years and am really disappointed with the change to the weekly planner layout. Given that it’s meant for academic use, it doesn’t make sense that it’s now harder to write out longer assignments due to the narrow columns, and there’s now a lot less ability to customize your use.

Beautiful but not functional. I purchased a calendar and not sure why they’re so expensive - you can barely use it. July 1st starts on a Tuesday but since Monday is June apparently we don’t need to plan that week out? The entire first week of July isn’t on the planner. And not only that, but the print is so “whimsical” and aesthetic it’s not even functional. The lines are barely visible and the size with the giant rings makes it cumbersome and bulky. Overall very poor design and execution just to overcharge for something “pretty” on thick paper.

Disappointed. Birthday card was printed on thick paper not card. I thought it would be printed on the same quality card my wedding thank you cards were printed on from this company which were fantastic. This card looked cheap and awful. Not worth the money compared to other companies. Won’t buy again.

The picture quality was very poor, especially when it was put next to a card from moonpig that had near to perfect photo quality.

Order was on two parts. One was two greetings cards that were delivered ok. The second part was a customised recipe book. This item was never received. Delivery was planned for later than initially estimated without this being communicated with me. In the end Evri delivered it in a different building from the one my flat is in, so never found it. And despite the fact that Evri admitted their mistake, Papier never acknowledged the issue. They asked three times for the order number in the WhatsApp discussion which I also find very poor customer support.

I ordered from here for my dad’s 50th birthday present and it was meant to be something special from me and my sister. Paying nearly £50 was a lot of money for a photo book but I thought it would be really good quality. However when I got this all the photos where blury and pixelated, I’m not happy at all and had to give him it as it arrived the day before his birthday! The planner I received had many extra pages that were not showing in the product listing. I find the first half of the planner to be inapplicable to me and frustrated that I can really only use the back half which is what was advertised.

Quality of product is great, however now on two occasions the cards have arrived with siginificant delays resulting in belated cards and buying from another supplier to ensure the recipient (my wife ) got a card on her birthday

It’s disappointing to watch a brand that once set itself apart for quality and elegance fall victim to ego and cost-cutting. I began ordering my stationery from Papier in 2021 and was a loyal customer through 2024. Their products had a refined, understated charm that made them feel truly premium. Unfortunately, that changed when they started stamping their logo on the back of their correspondence cards—an unnecessary and tasteless branding choice that cheapens the entire product. To make matters worse, the quality of their envelopes has noticeably declined. What was once a thoughtful and beautifully executed product now feels cheap and compromised. It’s hard to understand why a company would undo what it once did so well. A real shame..

The online platform to create the photobook crashed twice during the process of making it, which meant it took me way longer than expected to complete. Further, although I paid extra for expedited delivery, the item still arrived two days later than promised, meaning that I was not able to give my wife her anniversary gift until after the actual anniversary date. I found the support provided vague and underwhelming for what I believed to be a premium brand

The quality of the album is very poor. I wouldn't pay more than £5 for it. The only reason you have 2 stars is because the customer service was quick and good. The agent was responsive, helpful and gave a good solution to my issue. But the actual quality of the product is sadly way below acceptable

First two orders I received had no backs to them. Third order I received had a back to it and the quality of the picture was terrible. Took about a month to get my items (regardless of express shipping) because of all the mistakes, and then was only reimbursed the shipping and a small part of my order. Was also told the new items would ship to me overnight and each time it took about a week. Really disappointed and will not be ordering or recommending again.

The covers are really nice and there’s a huge variety but the paper quality is so disappointing. I decided to switch from a well known planner brand to Papier and even pen shows through the pages. Not what I was expecting from a planner that was not cheap.
