I like the simplistic design and the personalization offered but that's about it. It's not my favorite planner. The lines (ink) on the pages is very light so relatively difficult to see. I also don't understand why the sections are done the way that they are. The first few pages are monthly calendars for each month, followed by monthly overviews of each month, then the weekly agenda. It would make more sense to group the content by month (July calendar, July overview, July weekly breakdown, then August calendar, August overview, August weekly breakdown, etc.) If I saw it in person, I wouldn't have purchased it

The results were good, but the editing process was very difficult. It kept exiting out and did not save check project various times. I had to restart the project at least 5 times. It was definitely a pain point.

I’m a bit disappointed - I ordered some save the dates samples on 28/05/25 and on the 30/05/25 I received an email today they’d been dispatched however we are now over 2 weeks since then and they have never arrived. I have contacted you already to say this but heard nothing back. If someone could get back to me with regards to my order id appreciate it.

Although the online process was excellent their printers let me down badly with sending samples out. First set ordered on 27th May failed to arrive within timeline given (2nd June) and ultimately they did send out second one - both arrived same day (16th June) which was too late for me and I had to use a local printer as last resort. So saddened by this experience as I can see otherwise excellent company.

The cards are nice, but the return address font doesn’t match the font I chose for the front of the cards, which is disappointing. (Not including a photo for privacy of my home address.) Also, the gift box was crushed before delivery.

The planner has amazing design options, which I really liked. However, it just wasn’t for me. There’s not enough space to write everything I need in the monthly layout, especially in the small squares. The entire planner felt thin and not durable. Shipping also took longer than expected. I wouldn’t repurchase.

I do love papier products, but in my last order I wanted to send 3 items to the same address and had to pay for shipping 3 times. When I reached out to customer service they weren't able to help so I got charged 3 times for shipping which makes no sense even if that is the flow their ordering system.

Love the quality and size of my spiral academic journal. Love that I could put my name, school and degree on the front cover incase I leave it behind somewhere. Standard delivery took about three weeks which I did not appreciate.

From the tracking link, it appears this was delivered on the 24th. The book was as advertised and service was on time. However, the name printed on it when I got it personalized was so small it was barely legible. I would have returned it if if I had time but needed it right away.

I received great customer service, but I am convinced that whoever designed this planner has never actually used one in their day to day life. It makes no sense to have the months, monthly summaries/goal setting pages, and weekly pages all in separate thirds of the planner. I wrongly assumed that it would go goal setting, then month, and then the weekly spreads for that month. I’m having a hard time trying to figure out how I’ll use this or tab the different sections, but I am pretty disappointed. It’s an item I personalized, so I know that it’s not returnable. I’ve bought Papier items in person at various retailers and loved them, but this is my first time buying online. I love my name and credentials on the front, but I don’t see how I’ll be using this. I wish that Papier would allow reviews on their site so I could see what others thought. I understand that there is a virtual flip through, but I mistakenly believed that a brand of this quality would organize their planners in a logical manner.

Was super small for the price, almost 30 pounds and the photo book itself was thin and underwhelming. - spending so much time creating and editing for it to be disappointing to open.

Although product is nice. Delivery was extra and took 10 days to arrive, approx 7 working days (advertised 2-3 business days). Will not be ordering again as delivery is extra and takes too long. Even after chasing Papier they advise a delivery date and it arrived later than their date.

It is hard to review a product that I do not have and so let me begin by saying, I did receive an order on time, but it wasn't mine. The email response time to fix the error was quick, but the reorder has been sent economy (re-order 4/28...to receive the correct order eta 5/9). If the mistake were on my end, I think I would've shipped 2nd day to try and retain a customer. The quality of the other person's order was nice, but ultimately not life-changing paper feel/quality. I believe they're trying for a luxury customer, but given the initial error and the lack of urgency to make it right, I can't say I would be compelled to order again.

Planners… you know, have, like, you know… a whole year! I got the productivity planner so I can be ‘productive’ and keep track of my goals and plans for the WHOLE year… but for my monthly overview I realized I only have four monthly overviews. I guess I didn’t understand the description of this productive planner and even double check it. Papier I would make your communication CLEAR on what these items are SUPPOSED to be and serve. I’m actually really disappointed in this, because I was super excited for this productive planner! Now I just wasted ALOT of money and decided this is going to be my last time shopping here.
