I just received my first Papier order and I'm sadly super disappointed by the quality. The inside paper of the journals is nice enough, but there are very few pages. The paper is thick enough to write on both sides in pen, which is nice, but it isn't really higher quality than a lot of journals I used in the past that were less expensive. A Leuchtturm journal has almost a third more pages. What I found super disappointing is that the covers aren't nice paper, either-they are sort of this plastic-esque material that reminds me of contact paper. It isn't high quality the way that the water-repellant Moleskine or Leuchtturm journal covers are. This stuff feels oddly thick and...just cheap. The patterns that I chose were all beautiful and I was excited to see them in person. The second issue was that the covers were so clearly digital images printed onto the plastic stuff, and it gives a look and feel of poor quality. I had thought they would be fine papers with vibrant detail on the front covers and that the words might be embossed, but instead it sort of feels Vistaprint-esque. On the back of my journal it says at the bottom "PAPIER Design, made personal." with the website. These letters are actually blurry, which is just an example of the fact that the images being used to print are not high resolution enough. I feel like what I received looks cheaper than a journal would that I maybe picked up at Target or something. I was very surprised that the items I received were actually $30 each. I say this having purchased these things with very high hopes!! Sorry, but just disappointed. I thought they would be beautiful quality, personalized, and finely crafted. They just weren't. Also - I tried to add pics, but the system won't let me right now. Sorry everyone!

I ordered a greeting card early July and it never arrived at my recipient. I followed up with Papier to resolve this issue with good customers support (they promised to fix it) but unfortunately it still has not arrived. Given this was supposed to be a gift, it is very disappointing. I know Moonpig has more average designs but at least they don't outsource their printing and shipping (which is untracked) and your recipient will receive their gift. V disappointed sorry to say!

Seriously disappointed with my order and deeply regret my purchase; came across this brand by chance and loved the unusual designs on the site - the only unusual feature but enough to make it a really desirable product. I ordered a mid year diary which promises to be good quality and arrive between certain dates. The dates have now passed and I am without the product, cannot speak to its quality as it is no where to be seen. Frankly, I wish I had gone to a local independent stationers or other large store and purchased a diary as it would have been cheaper and more efficient. Will not waste time and money in future.

My order was never delivered. After contacting papier, who didn’t respond to my email I lodged a dispute with PayPal, they contacted papier for a response and so far I’ve heard nothing through them either. It was a first fathers Day gift, beyond disappointed at the lack of customer service.

I have had a horrible experience with Papier. I ordered a mid-year planner and paid extra for expedited shipping. The package did not arrive on the day I was told it would come. I contacted the company and they said they had failed to inform me that the planners were on back order. The package arrived a week late . . . and the box was empty, just some cardboard. I do not recommend, stressful and disappointing experience.

The undated planner, I presumed would be in an order but all the sections are just clumped together meaning you have to go back and forth between the sections. I thought it would be sectioned into 5 weeks with the separate sections at the front of each ‘Month’. No flow to the planner and deliver took longer than the estimated. Disappointed.

The shipping is taking *forever*. It's been a week past my estimated delivery date and my planner still hasn't arrived. At this point I need to go to Target to buy a planner because my semester already started. Would not recommend...

Ordered a planner for graduate school on August 7th, still says its "in production" when the estimated delivery was August 18th, it is now the 25th. School is two weeks in now and wish I would have gone with another company. For the price of a planner I expected timely shipping, could have gotten one elsewhere for cheaper and faster.

I have placed my order in August 12 and the planner is still in production. While i was told by very rude service representative that it will only take a week. Will never be ordering from this site again. Very disappointed..

I ordered my planner nearly a month ago and it still has not arrived. I reached out to customer service, who responded quickly and was very nice, and was told that a replacement would be sent out as high priority. I have not received either planner. I understand Covid has slowed things down, but every other online business I’ve ordered from has arrived in a timely manner. Waiting a month to receive an item is ridiculous.

Original complaint that pages in journal were glued in UPSIDE DOWN AND BACKWARDS. It has now been 10 days since I messaged PAPIER with photos, and still no information on when a replacement is coming - just repeated replies it is high priority, will be fastest shipping, etc. Our original order was on July 26th, and I have heard nothing concrete about a replacement. This is our first and last order with this company.

Poor poor customer service!! Do not order from this company. No updates provided in relation to my order made with Papier... Order is a no show for TWO WEEKS!! Before customer service team actually act on this matter.... Poor service from yourselves. Poor excuses provided as to why orders are delayed. Will not use this company again .

I didn't know a card was something you could be disappointed in, but Papier proved me wrong! I don't think I am being dramatic when I say that I could have created and printed this card at home. I don't see why I had to pay 4 pounds for a card to be printed on what seems like the density of A4 paper. this card is the flimsiest thing I've held and it is smaller than the average card. As if the situation wasn't bad enough, to make matters worse no envelope was sent and the sizing is so weird so I am also struggling to find an envelope to fit the card. Basically, thanks to Papier it seems like I'll be handing over my husband a piece of a4 paper folded in half for his 30th birthday 🤷🏼‍♀️

So far, one star, but I will let u know. Shipping was slower than quoted (understandable), but when personalized planner arrived, all pages inside are UPSIDE DOWN AND BACKWARDS! Have already left 2 messages, so we’ll see how it goes. At this point, it feels like I paid a lot for something I could buy at the 99¢ store!

Dreadful service throughout, order arrived late and parcel arrived damaged. I tried contacting customer service but the advisor was not helpful. I won’t be shopping with Papier again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! 2 week later and I am STILL waiting! Paid almost £40 for an order and still have not received it. To make it worse, the company doesn’t offer tracking so there is no way of knowing where in the world my package is. If this was just a standard order then I would just ask for a refund but it’s a book fullll of personal family photos and now I don’t even know who’s hands they are in which really worries me. No where does it say it’s untracked shipping when checking out and I couldn’t even get someone on the phone to talk to, I would just get shut off or sent to voicemail each time. Terrible!
