I ordered a large 9 photo frame as a special gift for my husband on Father's Day. As it cost £100 I was surprised and disappointed when a lightweight plastic frame arrived.

The delivery didn't arrive on time, even though it specifically said it would arrive on the date I requested meaning that the person did' receive their Birthday card on time. Very disappointing.

Absolutely awful. Still haven’t received my card, it was due to arrive the 5th of May. No card from me for my husband and no card from my little girl to her daddy.

Website told me if order placed on Saturday 2nd May, I would receive on Friday 8th May. Perfect for Mothers Day in Australia so was happy to order. Designed book, paid then was sent email saying delivery between 8th and 12th of May. Product not sent till 8th May even though customer support said it would be sent on the 7th. Now received email informing me delivery would be between 11th and 13th May. Will no longer receive for Mothers Day. Super disappointed and feel completely misled by the ever changing delivery dates.

Ordered cards for a birthday which never arrived. No status on the order other than 'sent'. Regardless of the current climate, the company were adiment enough that it was business as usual. This led me to purchasing the items in the first place Not convinced.

Sadly ordered a gift 25 April that was sent apparently as untracked mail second class by Papier . Unsure why this would even be an option for items of value. Please be careful if ordering ...this was certainly not clear to me as I would not have selected either options for anything online. Still not received @7 May. I was sent two separate emails of delivery expectation.. both futile . Lets see if Papier can resolve swiftly.. but joy of gift of giving at a difficult time soured disappointingly.

SHOCKING! I placed an order April 9th and then a month later after Papier taking my money I find out that only one of the five cards was sent. they said they told me but I received no notification and how do they send 1 out of the 5. I only found out because I checked with a family member to see if they got it. the keep my money for a month then tell me I have to wait 5 to 7 days DONT BOTHER WITH THIS SITE - TERRIBLE SERVICE I WONT USE THEM AGAIN

Please be careful when ordering anything from this company during the Covid-19 lockdown period. They are advertising next-day delivery, but in reality the Royal Mail are taking much longer to deliver so this guidance is misleading. We ordered a personalised 18th birthday card for my son, which advertised next-day delivery, and was dispatched with the same statement - it arrived a week late. Consequently we had no card for his birthday. A refund was refused, so we now purchased a totally useless card. I will never use this company again or recommend them.

The website says Next Day Delivery, but the order (for a friend's birthday) arrived late. I'll just post the card myself next time.

Personalised card still hasn’t arrived and is now 4 days late. Can’t comment on quality as I’ve never seen it! Papier should not offer quick delivery if it cannot guarantee it.

I have never used Papier and only choose it because it stated such quick delivery times. These cwere completly false and the personalised card didn't come in time for our dad's birthday and we have no alternative. Wish Papier could have been realistic with the times, very disapointed.

Photobook quality is appalling and the previewer did not indicate images would be of poor quality. Asked for a refund and company refusing at every opportunity to pay for postage cost as indicating their system shows the correct quality of images. Really poor product really poor service won't be using them again and would not recommend if buying as a special gift. It is not special.

Hi Helen! I am so sorry to hear you were not happy with our services. As mentioned, we normally recommend uploading photos that appear in the original file as you would like them to in the print as sadly we do not edit cropping lines/marks off of photos in orders that are submitted. I bought 2 diaries from here, took weeks to arrive and customer service kept ignoring me when I asked for delivery updates. Once the diaries arrive, a '2020' diary arrived with NO dates, calendar is empty, months and weeks not put in so essentially I paid around £44 for plain notebooks. Also, bare in mind the sheets are thin like tissue which means you can see whats on the next page through the page before. I sent photos of the missing dates and months and they completely ignored me didn't even have the decency to apologise for their false advertisements. Don't waste your money. I've since seen so many websites doing incredible diaries for around £3 like Kikk-K and Wilkonsons.
