Worst service ever. Waited over a week to get a diary. The personalisation was incorrect. Waited another week and a half to get a second diary. The second diary was the wrong year. A further week later I’m still Waiting on the third diary. Have emailed about 20 emails. Waste of my time and delivery and products.

Get ready to wait forever for your order. The site tells you one thing but customer service tells you another. Want a tracking number apparently you need to purchase the $36.00 shipping package even though the site says standard shipping comes with tracking. I bought a $50 product and can’t get delivery updates. I literally have no idea where in the world this product is. In a time where products are delivered next day the best you get from Papier is if it doesn’t arrive 3 weeks let us know. Thanks! Plenty of alternatives especially if you are in the states.

Hi Joe, I'm so sorry that you have had a disappointing experience with us! It does look like your item had to be produced from our UK printers due to the type of item ordered, before being sent internationally to the US. Sadly due to COVID 19, we are seeing some delays with international post which is why this has taken slightly longer to reach you, along with the economy shipping selected at this time. Ordered over a month ago, and my item is still “in production”. Hasn’t even shipped yet. Especially unfortunate when one orders a planner with set dates because each unused day/week/month makes the item all the more wasted.

I ordered a birthday card, back in May,,2020. Well I don't know if she ever got it, because everyone else's stood proud, and mine was no-where to be seen. I completely forgot about it, but I have just had an email off a rival company,,the reminder ..well led me here. And as its probably too late to go the refund route, I shall just leave my feedback, as, I was Not impressed. Oh, also I thought it would be a cheap card, but I was pretty shocked when I got to the checkout.

I ordered a second album with Papier as a birthday gift for someone. The delivery date was two days prior to the actual birthday and when the final album was eventually marked off as sent, the expected delivery date changed to 5 days after the original marked delivery date. Extremely disappointing as I would have just paid the rush fee if there had been some transparency from the company about the delay. This is the last time I will be using this service.

Fast delivery, lovely gift box but a very poor product. The design was not level (colour block) so the cover and text are higher on the left side. It looks very odd by eye. It also had a noticeable scuff to the bottom of the binding. It really is not what I expect and not the gift I was looking for.

I ordered a card on 3 june still havent recived it yet.The consultant told me it got lost in the mail and theyll send me a reprint which I still havent recived. Cant belive they couldnt deliver a card in 19 days !!!! soo soo disappointed.

Al principio estaba muy contenta con la página y el servicio que daban, por lo que envié correo de invitación a familiares para que disfrutaran como yo de este servicio. Contacto con ellos porque no recibo el código de descuento y me lo hacen de forma manual y me especifican que debo hacer para que la persona a la que mande la invitación goce del código de descuento. Hago lo que me dicen y vuelvo a ponerme en contacto con ellos porque esa persona sigue sin obtener el descuento. Me comentan que el sitio de terceros ha bloqueado al correo de la persona invitada. Me encanta la página web, el servicio y la calidad pero deja que desear su publicidad engañosa.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PAPIER! While the customer service reps have been communicative, the reason I bought a notebook was to actually receive it. I ordered mine on the 5th and it is now the 18th. When contacting customer service they said it is backordered another 2 weeks - with no indication of this on the webiste. In fact, it says the opposite- "During this difficult time, we wanted to share the steps we're taking to help our customers & team and to provide reassurance that COVID-19 will not be impacting your orders: Our printers are still producing products and shipping orders with no delays" Straight lies. I suggest spending your money elsewhere if you want your product to arrive in the next year or two.

Totally unprofessional paid for next day delivery for two cards got one four days after ordered and second seven days after supposedly special delivery but the event had been and gone by a working week plus they couldn’t get name right have took this to trading standards I feel like I’ve been scammed

I paid for expedited shipping and received an email confirmation about it after checkout. Upon receiving my money, there was nothing that indicated the extra money I paid for expedited means regular during the pandemic. During these uncertain shipping times, please do not offer expedited from your customers when you have no control of it. All I got was, you should have seen the disclaimer on our website and sorry. This is my first experience with Papier and last. Your response is not acceptable. I've experienced lost or missing packages from other vendors and the first response is a new shipment without further questions or excuses about disclaimer on a website. Please revisit your customer service response.

Totally totally totally poor service I would recommend anybody looking for birthday cards use Moonpig this cowboy outfit is unreliable doesn’t get order right and one card came two days after the occasion was not what I ordered and haven’t received all my order a totally bad experience

Upon investigating this matter, it does look like your card which was shipped with Royal Mail SD tracked was delivered to you on time per your confirmation email ETA. Your other card which was sent RM 1st Class untracked and was delayed by the post, was fully refunded to you as mentioned! I hope this helps clarify the matter. Best wishes, Customer Service

My wedding album just arrived and i'll be honest, i'm a little heartbroken. I spent HOURS using the custom photo book designer because its not very intuitive (basic features like drag to swap photos etc, or able to change the size of a design from medium to large) but my main issue is the quality of the photos which is what its all about. I was aware the book would be printed on textured paper, but the effect has lost all of the quality and detail from our wedding photos. The colours are dull. They look like they could have been taken on a mobile or printed at home. I'm so sad, we were so excited for it to arrive and honestly never expected to feel such disappointment looking through our wedding album. Please consider getting a good quality photo paper book, rather than actual paper, for your wedding photos.

If I could give this company a zero I would. The color personalization looked like a terrible Neon version of the color I selected. I paid $72 dollars for this gift that I'm embarrassed to give to a friend. I also paid extra for an inside envelope color that looked faintly there and it looked like a faded watercolor paper. Then to further add insult to injury, you had to pay for a box to put it in!! Biggest ripoff ever!

It is not possible to search notebooks by size, making your website essentially useless. Terrible design.

Ordered before 2pm on Thursday(advised on the site if ordered before 2pm with extra paid for delivery it would arrive the next day) did not arrive on Friday or Saturday. Disappointed as I would of paid further delivery if specified on the website

I ordered 3 photo books totalling $400. Some of the images printed beautifully whilst others are so pixelated you can't make out the image ruining the entire book. The images don't appear pixelated when creating book and there are no warning prompts to use a larger file if the file the selected could not be used as a full page image. I am so disappointed. I will need to throw them out, $400 down the drain and now I can't afford to have my wedding photos printed elsewhere. When I contacted support they ignored my problems and attempted to discuss someone else's case unrelated to the problems I experienced. DON'T ORDER PHOTO BOOKS.

Don't use if you expect them to stick to the delivery date. Purchased the card on the card on the 24 May. Supposed delivery date 27 May. It's now the end of the day on the 29th, my girlfriend's birthday is tomorrow and I don't have a card. Thanks.

Poor service regardless of the Covid-19 situation. Ordered the card 4 days before my girlfriends birthday ordered before 2pm to make sure I got next day delivery for 22nd May. Did not get dispatched the same day did not get any proper reasoning why. When eventually got dispatched estimated delivery got changed to 26th May which is useless as her birthday is 24th. Got told I should still receive for Saturday delivery which now it still hasn’t arrived. Not angry just very disappointed as it has ruined all my plans

MINE WAS NOT GOOD....TWO BOOKS PRINTED AND BOTH BAD QUALITY AND DARK MUDDY IMAGES...BOTH SENT TO ME CLEARLY THINKING THEY WERE ACCEPTIBLE...SHAME,NICE IDEA BUT NOT MUCH CARE TAKEN TO SEE IF PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED BEFORE SENDING SECOND BOOK OF THE SAME STANDARD
