“Item didn't arrive and emails weren't responded to. Finally got a refund after having to go through PayPal's dispute service, which again had no response from the seller”

“This company are very happy to keep my money but not send the items I ordered. I made my order on 26 April, after receiving no shipping information after a couple of weeks I contacted them to find out what had happened to it only to be informed that one of the items was out of stock and the order was on hold - that they didn't immediately notify me of this speaks to their lack of professionalism. And why put the entire order on hold if only one of the items wasn't in stock? They did offer to send the item in a different colour as that one was in stock, an offer which I accepted. That was on 9 May - I have not heard a single thing from them since then. Nothing has been shipped to me and I have now made repeated requests to have the order cancelled and to be refunded but they continue to ignore all my emails.”

“I would like to know why the plastic pipe from the diverter to to the tank is clear. This has caused terrible problems with algae growing in the pipe due to sunlight, therefore constant cleaning and refitting pipe. Does this have to be clear pipe,or is it just for visual purposes?”

“Half of the items were missing the rest is of poor quality. Gutter asked me to send a pic, that's what I did! No reply for over 10 days now. Problem is, the worms are still in their little plastic bag but I can not set up the wormfarm... Very frustrating!!”

“Show items in stock when they're not, but take immediate card payment, don't answer emails, don't return phone calls, don't do what they say they will, won't give a delivery date, have no clue about customer service or communication. A totally shambolic cowboy outfit. Never again!”

“I am very happy with the products that I received, but I would never order anything which had to be delivered by YODEL ever again. The local delivery person was great, but delivery was not easy. I object to having to pay to speak to a real person and there really was no other way to find out what was happening to my parcel. I phoned Gutter Mate and just by coincidence the parcel was delivered that day ...... and just by coincidence I happened to be in all day so that I could receive it. by the way it is only YODEL that I am unhappy with and not Gutter Mate or the bloke who delivered parcel.”

“I now can collect ALL the rainwater from the downpipe, rather than a portion. The filter is extremely useful too. However, even with fine mesh filter in situ, very fine particles get through. Not such a great problem though. I have found that modern square-section downpipes, even those 30 years old like mine, do not need the stand-off accessory.”
