“I bought a wormery in recommendation of a good friend. When it arrived there is a qr code to ‘instructiona’ printed in the box. Nothing in the box at all The at code takes you to a sales site and after scrolling past the sales I get to wormery instructions which show a totally different wormery to the one I bought and I have no idea what to do with the bag of grey granules - just as well I can ask a friend And there is a handle missing from the wormery lid So overall £130 spend on a plastic bucket with some worms unknown grey stuff and a block of cheap coconut matting Sorry but I’m not impressed”

“there was a problem with my latest wormery (it had no drainhole) they contacted me back within a couple of hours :) This is the third one I've owned...the original is from when they were first launched in the late 90s....it's still working but with four adults in the house and a lot of home cooking from scratch, we create a lot of veg peelings etc. and I find that I like to leave my compost bin full for a season to get the best compost. I feed my greenhouse plants with the drainage liquid and use the compost in the veg patch.”

“Bought the green wormery, which seems ok but was missing the filter net & frame. Emailed to inform of the missing parts. Had an email back, was told it would be dealt with. No further communication or updates were recieved so rang & had to chase up. Overall, communication could have been better.”

“EVri deliverd the worms 2 days after the first wormery package was delivered. Unfortunatly no instructions provided with the wormery. And the GM8 weblink to the instructions not working 'Error 404'??? So have some hungry worms and lots of parts but no idea how to set it up. Bit dissapointing.”

“Early days we have set it up and have a patient 3 month wait for our first results. The service was excellent excellent and the product looks reasonably robust. One small concern the print quality on the assembly instructions and information leaflet were of poor print quality and neither are compostable either.”
