“Had just tiger worms before from a different supplier and they were much better than these worms. All dead within 3 weeks even though I've run a wormery successfully before. Wouldn't recommend for worms but other products may be fine.”

“COPY OF EMAIL SENT TO YOU: Dear Original Organics Ireland re Order #4000002089, I note that the product you sent me comes from the UK (SG4OPT), hence I was charged an extra 9.58 euro for customs.The word 'Ireland' in your bill head and web tag, 'Original Organics Ireland', is misleading and presents the appearance of being an Irish company or at least that distribution come from within Ireland; should be made clearer that the products are posted from the UK and are liable to held by customs until the duty is paid. Perhaps, I missed something but I purchased the product thinking it was being sent from within Ireland. Hopefully, you'll do something to rectify this for other customers. Regards, Edward Denniston”

“Recieved my order in good time however, I ordered 500 grams of worms and got less than 150 grams of worms the rest being bedding. It's going to take avery long while, probably all summer to build them up enough to to start producing any compost this year. Very dissapointing. I've now got to order from a more reputable company if I want any sucess this year.”

“Iten arrived damaged, not packed very securly. In my opnion the item will need to be mounted on a wooden base in order to reduce slippage when being used.”

“It's flimsy , warped lid need to put something heavy on to top to try and straighten it, hinges on top need to be changed. Would not recommend this composter.”

“I ordered a replacement tap and some coir matting for my wormery and received a bag of worms! I emailed immediately but 2 weeks later have received no reply. Other than that the company seems great 😉”

“I have made 2 orders through the company the first time I put it down to COVID 19 but it also happened a second time. The first delivery took 10 weeks with no communications until I chased with an email and the second delivery they were waiting on stock again.”

“Took my money but did not acknowledge order or advise delivery until I chased 5/6 days late. Delivery OK, but product wrongly described, indicating the water butts were slimmer then other cheaper items on the market. States dimensions as 470mm wide/deep, when they are in fact 540mm. had I known I could have saved some £60 and bought at my local homebase.”

“IT IS NOT ORIGINAL ORGANICS I WRITE ABOUT BUT THE CO. THEY PLACED MY ORDER WITH IE. CHARLES BENTLEY WHICH TURNED OUT VERY BADLY THE SHREDDER I ORDERED DEVELOPED AN ELECTRICAL FAULT AFTER ONLY BEING USED TWICE AND THE PROMISED REPLACEMENT NEVER MATERIALISED AND WHEN EVENTUALLY ASKED FOR A REFUND TO WHICH THEY AGREED WENT VERY QUIET. “Delivery was quick, however the order confirmation email arrived in my inbox about a week after the item had been delivered and I had to email to ask for confirmation that the order had gone through correctly. The quality of the item was unsatisfactory and I am currently waiting for a member of staff to reply to two emails I have sent requesting instructions to return to the item, so far no one has responded. Not happy.”

“I ordered 2 Fuchsia trees through the GoGroopie web site. After 11 days I had not received my order confirmation or a delivery date so tried (unsuccessfully) to contact them. Two days later I received a parcel that looked like it had been used as a football. When I opened it I found the remains of the 2 trees. Both pots had been smashed and all the flowers had fallen off the trees. The compost was bone dry and the plants had wilted and were loosing their leaves. I am now left with two sticks that do not look like they will recover. While I appreciate that deliveries are taking longer at the moment, it is still very disappointing to receive plants in such poor condition, which is why I will not be ordering any more.”

The product you ordered from us was a 110L Greenhouse Water Butts which we hope arrived to your door in great condition. “I ordered 4 rectangular butts which were to be Daisy-chained together and replace 4 Graf water butts 12 years old whose tie-bars had rusted away. The bulged a water overflowed in the wrong places. Delivery took slightly over a week and 3 packages were damaged. It turned out that 2 butt stands could not be used. I reported and these were replaced quickly 4 days later. When I started assembling it turned out that one butt had a crack which opened when filled with water. Another butt started cracking where i drilled hole for tap and lost all its water overnight, A third started two cracks around the butt connector hole. The old butts had no cracks after 12 years1 I think that material must be sub-standard. I have requested a refund for whole order and await a reply as only 1 butt is usable and for how long is unknown.”
