While the product itself is of good quality & functioning well; the customer service via email is absymal.
None of my emails were answered at all. I had to phone Gutter Mate to chase for any sort of answer (non-delivery of product & no reason given) a couple of times. On the phone the staff were friendly, helpful and accurate.
But really, emails should be responded to in the same manner, not ignored completely.
In summary - good products; ropey customer service.
