“I purchased the 250 liter water butt and found the flashing marks unsightly. The bung in the lid is twisted and doesn't fit very well. When we tried to fit the tap we noticed that the hole was full of plastic and this more than half covered the hole. We had to redrill it and file it otherwise it would have taken forever to fill a water can. Not impressed would have returned it but the size of the thing would need special courier. Hopefully it will not be seen at the back of the log cabin. Would have definitely returned it if it were visible from the patio. Not happy with it at all and most certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Still waiting to see if it works or leaks due to all the flashing scars! Do you not have a quality control department to pass off what you post out?”

“I wanted a replacement water butt and Original Organics had just the style and size I wanted. It was a reasonable price and was delivered quickly. When it arrived I could see it was a good quality product.”

“Bought tiger worms- 250g pouch. Opened them inside my composter and counted 10 worms. When I emailed Sabrina to inform her of this, I was told that I should have received minimum 50+ worms in the pouch and that she's unsure how this would have happened? As am I. I pointed out that I was missing 40+ worms in that case, to which I received no reply. Also, the website states 'Original Organics Ireland' a .ie website with prices in euro. I bought this product for €12.99 which finished up at €30.87 after taxes, delivery costs and a surprise customs charge for receiving a product from the UK, not Ireland. This is ridiculously overpriced for the quantity I received, and misleading in terms of final purchase price and country of origin.”

“Was very pleased with my purchase and and whole service of my order except for when my parcel was delivered the box and packaging was damaged, so much so the items were on show, so therefore we asked the delivery person to check the items for damage before they left and so he did. Because the items were made from cast iron we believe that’s why they were undamaged otherwise they may well have been damaged in transport somewhere somehow !”

“Their customer service is second to none, i ordered a compost bin the 3rd week if pandemic, my order arrived promptly and i phone the company to add to my order, they bent backwards in order to fit my request. Extremely helpful and i am happy with my compost bin. I highly ecommend the company.”

“First of all we were offered an inferior product, which we refused and were told the wood supplier had let them down. On the 26th March we were emailed a shipment order with the shipment number and the order number. On Tuesday 3rd April we phoned the composting people and spoke to a lady and gave all the details of the shipment order and she was amazed because she said that the order had not even been made. I also sent an email on the 3rd April explaining that we only wanted delivery on a Wednesday, as well as other things that you should read. We did not even receive a reply or acknowledgement. We could go on and on but what is the point? Perhaps this will stimulate you into action, you never know. We look forward to hearing from you. John and Rosey Davison ,”

“We bought 1 water tank and 1 water butt, plus 2 “universal “ brass taps and 2 diverter and filter sets. 1 brass tap does not fit the water tank as the screw mounting is too narrow- hardly “universal”. The diverter and filter sets do not fit our newly installed guttering and down pipes. This has caused us additional financial outly and delays Not impressed.”

“The company are slow to respond if the item isn't in stock. The website didn't flag up an issue and it was only when I rang up because the worm farm was taking ages to arrive that I was told they had sold out in the colour I had ordered. If I hadn't rung I might still be waiting. In the event I asked about other choices and chose a bright yellow one of the two colours remaining, again I had to ask about this option. Happy with the item now it's here.”
