“I can only give 4 stars as only had about a month. The bin took about a week to come and we were notified by dpd and the company the day it arrived. It was straightforward to erect but you will need two people for the final stage. We followed instructions and layered between green and dark materials i.e.grass cuttings, bark, veg peelings and wetted cardboard. It seems to work well so far and you can visibly see the height of the pile reducing within days a you can tell heat is generated. We do not expect compost material until August or liquid leachate for some weeks yet. I have been please with the ordering and delivery process and the performance of the bin and would recommend to others.”

“My box arrived torn apart. I think everything was in tact. The worms seemed to be ok. Difficult to get instructions if you don’t have a smart phone. A real minus that”

“The ordering process was straightforward but as a problem with the delivery because the delivery driver put the parcel in one of my sheds and left no note that he had done so it wasn't until February 14 that we found the parcel there I don't know if that's done any harm to the worms I've just put them all into the wormery and we'll see if they managed to grow all right there should be”

“Arrived promptly. It feels very good quality and just what we had hoped for. I was delighted that they also included a drill bit which exactly fitted the screw heads - really thoughtful. The instructions were very clear for the assembly of the single unit, but my only criticism is that they weren’t so clear for the 3 part unit which I purchased, which left me creating my own solution as to the best way to assemble.”

“2 gutter scoops arrived by Etsy but unfortunetly both had cracks in the scoop. A bit disapointing but I will glue or file the cracks out. These things do happen in transit so not the end of the world.”

“I am delighted with my new worm cafe, doesn't look unsightly in the garden and my worms are happy in their new house 🏠 The only complaint is I purchased item 23th August and it wasn't delivered until 4th September. DPD was overnight delivery and item was in stock when I ordered and paid for it. I ended up panicking as I am going way tonight 5th September. I don't understand why when an item is in stock companies don't just get on and post them, without us customers they wouldn't have jobs”

“I hadn't used my wormery for some time so I was starting again from scratch. The starter kit arrived promptly, but it would have been helpful if it had included a copy of your leaflet explaining how to put the contents together. Fortunately I had kept my original leaflet which explained what to do, otherwise I would have been a bit stumped. My worms are busy - thank you!”

“I bought a bin and some compostable bags. Both are super, but don't seem to be designed to go together. I did manage to stretch a bag to fit the bin but it is very taut.”

“Everything arrived as expected to set up our wormery. All the worms were alive and wriggly! Super fast delivery but the cost of the postage put the price up considerably. It would have b een 5 stars but for this!”
