“I purchased from original organics.ie thinking you would have the customs business sorted. However i was still charged extra customs duty by an post before delivery, which added a day or two's delay. Fortunately the worms seem healthy enough for their lengthy stay in a plastic bag.”

“After the summer of 2022 i knew i needed to increase my stock of water butts (200L in Oak effect) to match the existing 8 i already had. Due to their size they kept my tubs and baskets watered throughout the very dry spell, without the need to revert to using precious and expensive water from the outside tap. Ordering them was quick and simple, as was the delivery, which arrived within a few days, double wrapped in cardboard so that they arrived in pristine condition. However, that was the easy bit, trying to extract the two part stand from within the butts was a very different story and far from easy, hence my score of 4. Putting them inside the butts is obviously a good way of transporting them, but getting them out involved a great deal of effort and two flat head screw drivers. As i have said above i have 8 of these water butts already and have not experienced the extraction problem before, but then they did come from another company!!”
