“It was most likely not your fault but I ordered a "Tiger Wormery" from Organics and it did not arrive. You took payment from my account immediately but I got no explanation. After almost 3 months, I received 2 wormeries. Organics did not explain that they had sub-contracted the order to you, and I heard nothing.”

“The tap supplied with the water butt was not fit for purpose. It had too fine a thread and was far too easily cross-threaded after which it was impossible to tighten it up sufficiently to form a seal. I e-mailed customer service asking for a replacement but received no reply - not even an acknowledgement. I bought a much better one from Wickes for £3.99, but I should not have had to do this.”

“I ordered an item a month ago, and that same afternoon emailed to cancel. I received no acknowledgement of this cancellation, despite sending several emails requesting this. The product was not delivered, but I was still charged for it. To date, no-one has been in touch with me. This is very poor customer service and I still require a refund.”

“i received a tap fitting with a barrel shaped water but The tap is a poor match with that particular butt. I wrote to you to suggest an alternative tap would be more suitable. an email requesting photos was requested and replied to. Since then. No further response. Absolutely shit customer service”
