“The water butt arrived earlier than originally advised which was very useful especially as it was prior to the Easter Weekend and was the perfect size that I needed, but lack of any leaflet showing all aspects of assembly - base and knack of fitting lid for example and particularly the absence of the tap, so having to use the one from my old butt, put a damper on the purchase”

“I placed an order by phone that was not processed rang 4 days later as had no confirmation. Parts sent out by 5 deliveries still waiting for parts to complete the job 4 weeks later. DO NOT USE GUTTERMATE. I have now had to order the parts from a different supplier. Which has sent them out the next day!”

Delivery was prompt and the pump supplied meets our needs. A couple of weeks after delivery Gutter Mate phoned to check that the product met our requirements. Would recommend the company.”
