“Items arrived after a delay as one item was not in stock. Erected water butt which I later discovered was sent with wrong base i.e. too small in diameter. Butt fell off base when filling up and split. Phoned customer service , sent photos but after two weeks still no response.”

“They were very responsive when I called to ask about delivery, and then the delivery was very quick. BUT, I got the impression that if I had not called, they would not have sent the item for several more days even though they promise 3-5 business days for delivery. I called after 5 days and no delivery.”

“Bought a water butt on line. You never know whether they are as good as they look. Expensive too at over £200. Got to say that the butt exceeded all expectations. Excellent kit and delivery etc all good.”

“I requested a refund and received an email confirming that I could have a refund if I returned the item. I hired a courier, who delivered the item on 8 May and has a signature to prove receipt. Since then, I have emailed, sent messages via the website and made phone calls but still haven't received a refund. I check my credit card and PayPal account daily. I have had to raise this as a PayPal Dispute which is now awaiting your response.”

“I am still waiting delivery after 7 weeks. They took my order despite not having the product in stock. It took them several weeks to even let me know they were waiting a delivery. If they didn't have it in stock on their system they should not have taken my order in the first place.”

“This company are very happy to keep my money but not send the items I ordered. I made my order on 26 April, after receiving no shipping information after a couple of weeks I contacted them to find out what had happened to it only to be informed that one of the items was out of stock and the order was on hold - that they didn't immediately notify me of this speaks to their lack of professionalism. And why put the entire order on hold if only one of the items wasn't in stock? They did offer to send the item in a different colour as that one was in stock, an offer which I accepted. That was on 9 May - I have not heard a single thing from them since then. Nothing has been shipped to me and I have now made repeated requests to have the order cancelled and to be refunded but they continue to ignore all my emails.”

“I would like to know why the plastic pipe from the diverter to to the tank is clear. This has caused terrible problems with algae growing in the pipe due to sunlight, therefore constant cleaning and refitting pipe. Does this have to be clear pipe,or is it just for visual purposes?”
