“Speedy delivery and a quality product as expected. This is my second aerobin. both 400l versions. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and I would have no hesitation in recommending this compost bin as one of the best around. A very smooth ordering process from Original Organics who got it out the door in double quick time. Also credit where it's due to DPD who delivered as per schedule.”

“Ordered the original tiger wormery as I was looking for a bin shape I could easily slot behind my rubbish bin without taking up too much space as a round or square one would of . It did seem a bit expensive and I do wonder if It would of been cheaper buying the bin , tap , inner tray with legs, and coir mat and worms separately Really confused why they don't bother putting in instructions , I didt open the box that had worms in the first day as I thought it was the tap as it had water butts advertised on it . Woken up today and a few had escaped because I mistakenly put the coir matting at the bottom where iv now found out it's to cover them up , Good but could be better”

“Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size of water butt. The company agreed for a return of the product and offered a full refund. I arranged for the courier, EVRI, who delivered the order to pick it up from my home which they did. That was the last I heard of my return, it has been lost in transit. I would, therefore, recommend that Original Organics give serious consideration to using a more reliable courier for delivery of their products. Total cost of my missing return £67 !!”

“I bought a wormery in recommendation of a good friend. When it arrived there is a qr code to ‘instructiona’ printed in the box. Nothing in the box at all The at code takes you to a sales site and after scrolling past the sales I get to wormery instructions which show a totally different wormery to the one I bought and I have no idea what to do with the bag of grey granules - just as well I can ask a friend And there is a handle missing from the wormery lid So overall £130 spend on a plastic bucket with some worms unknown grey stuff and a block of cheap coconut matting Sorry but I’m not impressed”
