Trainers are lovely quality, however first pair went missing.Email response from customer service was awful, finally got a good colleague via online chat who arranged for new pair next day delivery. Took about 10 days to get the trainers.x

I ordered a lovely pair of trainers, waited 2 weeks, nothing showed up. I was in touch with customer services a number of times but by the time they looked into it further, the item was no longer in stock. No replacement offered just a refund without asking. No discount offered on a replacement item either. A real shame as I would have ordered in another colour.

We're unable to issue replacements when the item is out of stock, as we're unable to change the size, colour or style of the shoe, so this will have been refunded due to that. Poor customer service response to parcel not received. I ordered a pair of sandals and a pair of baseball boots online for home delivery and received confirmation from Evri that the parcel had been received and would be out for delivery the following day. Then I received an Evri email saying there would be a delay and then nothing more. After a week since placing the order, I e-mailed Moda in Pelle reporting the misding parcel and asking for a replacement of the order urgently as I was going on holiday. I received confirmation they would investigate. I had to chase up what the outcome was again asking for replacements to be told a few days later that the parcel would be treated as lost and asking if I wanted replacements as my items were still in stock. I replied confirming (again) that I wanted replacements, to then receive a reply from Moda saying one of the items was no longer in stock so would be refunded. I was very disappointed. I feel Moda should have sent the replacements straight away. Having sbopped with Moda many times I feel this time their service was poor.

Theses shoes slip off the back of my heels, I purchased some heel grips but still no better? I have purchased a lot of boots and shoes, always take a size five but these are massive, I have disposed of the packaging but really would like to send them back

Returned my trainers due to being faulty! Postage refunded. However new pair also faulty! Will have to now repackage and go to post office at own expense again.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they are too big. I was recently in England and bought the same size which fit me perfectly. I did send an e mail to customer service and they offered me to either return or get 10% off to keep them. I asked for the money off and i have gifted both of them to a friend. I havent received my money back on the card and im afraid to order on line again.

Recently ordered Evie bag green porvair for wife. It was faulty returned imidiately waited over 2 weeks for refund. Not good enough Click and collect was good.

My boots arrived promptly , I Loved them, but one was a size 5 and the other one a size 7. Sent email but didn’t get a reply for 4 days. Moda in pelle was requesting that I send photographic evidence. Why? It was not my fault they were the wrong size, in my original email, I had asked if they could send a new pair to my local Moda in pelle shop to exchange the odd pair.. It would have been so simple.

Well truth is not too happy,laces had rust marks on..really not acceptable…but I took these on my hols,I can’t wear them.

I returned the boots as they were too big. The customer service was awful and they took ages to refund my money. I had to get my bank involved to get the refund back on my card.

The trainers were impossible to actually get on due to the tongue and no laces and the back dug into my heel. Bad design .Also I had to pay over £9 to send them back recordered delivery ,even though it was initially free delivery on buying them !!!! Not Cool .

I ordered a pair of shoes. It was nice, but too big. I took it back to the Bexleyheath shop. They refused to take it back, because I did nkt have the return form with me. I had to return it via Royalmail and pay over £5 for the return. I am very disappointed.

I've been a long standing customer as their styles are always sexy, stylish and funky; but with recent purchases the sizes have been out by a full shoe size which is annoying. It's expensive to return with no free returns service and the closure of so many physical stores making it difficult to return or exchange. I hope a revision of UK manufacturing is made.
