“Great trainers at a good price .sadly returned as too small. Not true to size”

“Lovely shoes a real touch of class. But I wish moda would consider classing 41 as a true size 7 1/2 it's not a 8. Please do more shoes & sandles in wider fit and go up to a size 9. If so I would have a shopping addiction with moda in pelle.”

“Love my new trainers but when I ordered a second pair, different style but same size, they didn’t fit. Would be great if the sizes could be the same across all styles”

“Love my new boots. Lovely quality and style. There was a slight defect with the first pair I received. Customer service got straight back to me and a replacement pair was sent out. I can definitely recommend Moda In Pelle.”

“The boots are lovely, stylish and comfortable. However, the returns process is poor. I first ordered a size 7 but thought they were slightly big so then ordered a size 6 to compare. I kept the size 6. But as there are no free returns, I had to pay £12 to send the 7 back (as recommended by Moda in Pelle). It took over a week after the return being received to hear anything and even longer for the refund. I also lost the first purchase discount of 10% off as that was on the size 7 pair I ordered first. So knowing I’d have to pay to return, I wouldn’t order again.”
