“Love the boots I ordered so much that I ordered three more pairs. Bought in the sale and combined it with a 3 for 2 code and it came out at a ridiculously good price. The only thing to note is that the sizing is wildly off. I am ALWAYS a size 4 and have been since I was 11 years old. I never wear any other size. When I ordered a size 4 in these boots, they were huge. I had to pay over £5 to return them and then ordered again in a size 3 and they fit perfectly. I guess my main annoyance is that the sizing is so far off and I had to pay so much for the return when I had no way of knowing that they were so far from fitting. The first pair I ordered that I returned were definitely returned by someone else too - they had creases where the shoe bends as you walk. They'd definitely been worn a few times to get that settled-in crease.”

“I love Moda shoes, so modern and trendy but comfy at the same time. My only downside is the large variance in sizes dependant on style of shoe, for example, work loafers size 7, trainers size 5 ??? More consistency needed, especially as most purchases are online”

“Sadly these shoes were too high at the back of my foot so I had to return. They were returned the day after receipt but say Evri appear to have "misplaced" them. Moda in Pelle won't refund me as they didn't receive them back by the stipulated date & Evri won't refund me as they say it's down to Moda in Pelle to refund - therefore I have no shoes & no refund!”

“The online shopping and ordering experience was seamless. I bought three items intending to keep all of them, but one pair did not fit so I returned them, which also went seamlessly. However, it took two emails and an extraordinary length of time to receive a refund. That is the reason for four stars and not five stars. Please note that the quality of the footwear is wonderful and I am very pleased with them and I may have just been unfortunate to have experienced difficulties obtaining a refund on this occasion.”

“Shoes arrived quickly as described. I bought 3 pairs in the sale. Two were unworn and perfect, the third seemed to have been tried on and was too big so had to be sent back - shame as was a beautiful pair of leather loafers. Return was easy.”

“I like Moda in pelle as a brand and fine their products well made. The customer support is good too but the last couple of items I've ordered I've found the shoes to be uncomfortable which was disappointing”

“Very nice and good quality shoes the only sizes I am concerned about. My size is 4.5 but Moda and Pelle not doing the half’s. In my case the size 4 is too small, the size 5 is too big.”

“Have many shoes, boots and sandals from Moda in Pelle. I buy so many because of the quality of leather they use, unusual colours and trendy styles. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that I often find their shoes etc quite narrow. Long may they reign!”
